Abstract

OBSTETRIC CARE FOR THE MOTHER "MO" AGED 21 YEARS PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM GESTATIONAL AGE OF 21 WEEKS 1 DAY TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM PERIOD Case Study Carried Out in the Working Area of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of Puskesmas IV of the South Denpasar District Health ABSTRACT Continuous obstetric services aim to prevent life-threatening complications for mothers and babies and reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. This report aims to find out the results of obstetric care for "MO" mothers from 21 weeks and 1 day of gestation to the postpartum period and newborns. The method used is a case study with data collection techniques through interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. Childcare is provided in October 2025–April 2026. The initial visit was not carried out in the first trimester, but the antenatal frequency of the second and third trimesters had met the minimum service standards. Complementary care during pregnancy includes prenatal yoga, gym balls, and massage effleurage. Childbirth took place vaginally without complications, with period I ± 10 hours, period II 20 minutes, period III 5 minutes, and period IV within normal limits. The baby was born spontaneously, immediately cried loudly, had an active tone, reddish skin, weighed 3180 grams and a body length of 49 cm, and no abnormalities were found. The postpartum period runs normally with good uterine involution, lochea is suitable, without signs of infection or bleeding, and lactation is smooth. Babies are healthy and adapt well. It can be concluded that continuous obstetric care with a complementary approach is able to detect early and handle problems appropriately so that pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and babies take place physiologically. Keywords: pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and babyASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “MO” UMUR 21 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 21 MINGGU 1 HARI SAMPAI DENGAN 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus Dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas IV Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan ABSTRAKPelayanan kebidanan berkesinambungan bertujuan mencegah komplikasi yang mengancam jiwa ibu dan bayi serta menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu dan Bayi. Laporan ini bertujuan mengetahui hasil asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “MO” dari usia kehamilan 21 minggu 1 hari hingga masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan pada Oktober 2025– April 2026. Kunjungan awal tidak dilakukan pada trimester I, namun frekuensi antenatal trimester II dan III telah memenuhi standar minimal pelayanan. Asuhan komplementer selama kehamilan meliputi prenatal yoga, gym ball, dan masase effleurage. Persalinan berlangsung pervaginam tanpa komplikasi, dengan kala I ± 10 jam, kala II 20 menit, kala III 5 menit, dan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir spontan, segera menangis kuat, tonus aktif, kulit kemerahan, berat badan 3180 gram dan panjang badan 49 cm, serta tidak ditemukan kelainan. Masa nifas berjalan normal dengan involusi uterus baik, lochea sesuai, tanpa tanda infeksi atau perdarahan, serta laktasi lancar. Bayi sehat dan beradaptasi dengan baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa asuhan kebidanan berkesinambungan dengan pendekatan komplementer mampu mendeteksi dini dan menangani masalah secara tepat sehingga kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, dan bayi berlangsung fisiologis.
