Abstract

Maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR) are important indicators in determining the level of public health. Comprehensive midwifery care according to standards from pregnancy to postpartum is one effort to reduce MMR and IMR. These problems can be prevented by providing continuous care (Continuity of Care/COC). This report aims to determine the results of the implementation of midwifery care for a 24-year-old multigravida mother "SL" from 15 weeks of gestation to 42 days of postpartum period according to standards and continuously. Data collection methods through interviews, examinations, observations and documentation. The mother's pregnancy was physiological, the care provided was according to the 12T standard with complementary care of prenatal yoga and a gym ball to reduce complaints of maternal back pain. The mother's labor was physiological without any complications. Labor pain was managed using a birth ball and effleurage massage. The baby was born spontaneously, a girl, cried immediately and weighed 3500 grams at birth and IMD was successful in the first hour. During the postpartum period, the decrease in uterine fundal height and maternal lactation occurred physiologically, and complementary care, including oxytocin massage, was provided. The mother chose a 3-month contraceptive injection. Neonatal development up to 42 days of age occurred physiologically, and complementary care, including infant massage, was provided. Based on the results obtained, it was concluded that midwifery care for the "SL" mother occurred physiologically. It is hoped that the pregnant woman will gain experience from the care provided and be able to apply comprehensive and continuous midwifery care in subsequent pregnancies. Keywords: midwifery care, pregnancy, childbirth, infant, postpartum, complementary Angka kematian ibu (AKI) dan angka kematian bayi (AKB) menjadi salah satu indikator penting dalam menentukan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Asuhan kebidanan komperhensif sesuai standar dari kehamilan sampai nifas adalah salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Permasalahan tersebut dapat dicegah dengan memberikan asuhan berkelanjutan (Continuity of Care/COC). Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “SL” umur 24 tahun multigravida dari umur kehamilan 15 minggu samapi 42 hari masa nifas sesuai standar dan berkesinambungan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Kehamilan ibu berlangsung fisiologis, asuhan yang diberikan sesuai standar 12T dengan asuhan komplementer prenatal yoga serta gym ball untuk mengurangi keluhan nyeri punggung ibu. Persalinan ibu berlangsung fisiologis tanpa adanya komplikasi, Nyeri persalinan diatasi dengan menggunakan birthball dan massage effleurage. Bayi lahir spontan, perempuan, segera menangis dan berat badan lahir 3500 gr serta IMD berhasil pada 1 jam pertama. Pada masa nifas lochea, penurunan tinggi fundus uteri dan laktasi ibu berlangsung secara fisiologis dan diberikan asuhan komplementer pijat oksitosin. Ibu memilih kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan. Perkembangan neonatus hingga bayi berumur 42 hari berlangsung secara fisiologis diberikan asuhan komplementer pijat bayi. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh disimpulkan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “SL” berlangsung secara fisiologis. Diharapkan ibu hamil mendapatkan pengalaman dari asuhan yang diberikan serta dapat menerapkan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan pada kehamilan berikutnya.
