Abstract

CONTINUITY OF CARE FOR MRS. “FY” 34 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVIDA SINCE TRIMESTER II OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM STUDY CONDUCTED IN WORK AREA OF SOUTH I COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER ABSTRACT Women experience physical and psychological changes throughout their lives, especially during pregnancy and postpartum, so Continuity of Care is needed to support the health of mothers and babies. Mother "FY" requires comprehensive, holistic, continuous care and meets standards to ensure that delays in first contact with health workers do not continue throughout pregnancy and postpartum. This report aims to determine the results of midwifery care for mother "FY" from the second trimester of pregnancy to the postpartum and neonatal period. Using a case study with data collection techniques through interviews, examinations, observations and documentation. Care was provided from October 2025 to March 2026. Second and third trimester pregnancy care according to standards is supplemented with complementary care according to complaints. The mother gave birth vaginally without complications. Stage I lasted for 9 hours with a gymball and counterpressure, stage II 30 minutes according to 60 APN, stage III 10 minutes and monitoring stage IV. The newborn immediately cried, active muscle tone, reddish skin and birth weight 3,100 grams. Uterine involution, lochia, and lactation during the postpartum period were within normal limits. Mother "FY"'s baby received stimulation, bonding attachment, exclusive breastfeeding, and immunizations. Continuity of Care for Mother "FY" was physiological. Midwifery care was provided according to standards and the physiological conditions of the mother and baby. Keywords: sustainable dan complementary midwifery care; pregnancy; childbirth; postpartum; baby ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “FY” UMUR 34 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 21 MINGGU 1 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS STUDI DILAKUKAN DI WILAYAH KERJA UPTD PUSKESMAS DENPASAR SELATAN I ABSTRAK Wanita mengalami perubahan fisik dan psikologis sepanjang hidupnya terutama masa kehamilan hingga masa nifas, sehingga diperlukan asuhan Continuity of Care untuk mendukung kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Ibu “FY” memerlukan asuhan yang komprehensif holistik dan berkesinambungan dan sesuai standar untuk memastikan keterlambatan kontak pertama dengan tenaga kesehatan tidak berlanjut selama masa kehamilan hingga nifas. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan kebidanan pada ibu dari kehamilan trimester kedua hingga masa nifas dan neonatus. Menggunakan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan Oktober 2025 sampai Maret 2026. Asuhan kehamilan trimester kedua dan ketiga sesuai standar dilengkapi dengan asuhan komplementer diantaranya kompres hangat dan prenatal yoga. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Kala I berlangsung selama 9 jam dengan gymball, dan counterpresure, kala II 30 menit sesuai 60 APN, kala III 10 menit dan pemantauan kala IV. Bayi baru lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat lahir 3.100 gram. Proses involusi uterus , lochea dan laktasi pada masa nifas dalam batas normal. Bayi ibu “FY” sudah diberikan stimulasi, bounding attachment, ASI Eklusif dan imunisasi. Asuhan Continuity of Care pada ibu “FY” berjalan fisiologis. Asuhan kebidanan diberikan sesuai standar serta kondisi ibu dan bayi fisiologis. Kata Kunci: asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan dan komplementer; kehamilan; persalinan ; nifas; bayi
