Abstract
POST-OFF PERIOD MIDWIFERY CARE IN MOTHER “AE” AGED 24 YEARS PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM GESTATIONAL AGE 18 WEEKS 4 DAYS TO 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM PERIOD ABSTRACT Continuity of Care is continuous care provided from pregnancy, childbirth, newborn, postpartum period, to family planning services. The role of midwives is very important to identify and prevent these complications through continuous care. This report aims to determine the implementation of midwifery care for a 24-year-old primigravida mother "AE" and her baby who received comprehensive and continuous midwifery care from 18 weeks 4 days of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum. The method of determining cases through interviews, examinations, and documentation from October 2025 to April 2026. During pregnancy, the mother was cared for according to the 12T standard, complementary care of pregnancy exercises, brain booster, back effluerage massage (BEM), perineal massage. The labor had no complications. Complementary care was given relaxation and lower back massage. was born spontaneously, female, immediately crying, BBL 3,000 grams. Postpartum period was physiological, with complementary care of oxytocin massage, postpartum gymnastics, and Kegel exercises. The mother use an IUD. The baby received standard care and complementary care, including infant massage. The results showed that midwifery care for mother "AE" during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and newborn was physiological and provided in accordance with applicable authorities, policies, and standards in a comprehensive and continuous manner.
