Abstract

ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “KS” UMUR 35 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 13 MINGGU 1 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Kehamilan merupakan proses fisiologis yang memerlukan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif dan berkesinambungan, yang diberikan sesuai standar.Hal tersebut juga menjadi salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Tujuan studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “KS” dari kehamilan trimester II sampai masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir. Metode penentuan kasus yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan Agustus 2025 sampai Maret 2026. Perkembangan kehamilan, persalinan, dan masa nifas ibu “KS” berjalan fisiologis. Pemberian terapi disesuaikan dengan kolaborasi dan rujukan yang telah dilakukan. Asuhan komplementer juga diterapkan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan ibu. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Kala I berlangsung 4 jam 15 menit dari pembukaan 5 cm, kala II 25 menit, kala III 10 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, berat lahir 2765 gram, PB : 50 cm, LK: 33, LD: 34 cm. IMD berhasil pada menit ke-60 (± pukul 14.25 WITA). Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lokhea dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal. Seluruh proses kehamilan sampai dengan masa nifas pada ibu “KS” berjalan secara fisiologis. Bidan harus selalu memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar karena sangat penting untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi. Kata kunci : kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, bayi, asuhan kebidanan komprehensif berkesinambungan MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MOTHER “KS” AGE 35 YEARS MULTIGRAVIDA FROM PREGNANCY AGE 13 WEEKS 1 DAYS TO 42 DAYS OF POST-OFF PERIOD Pregnancy is a physiological process that requires comprehensive and continuous midwifery care, provided according to standards. This is also one of the efforts to reduce maternal and infant mortality. The purpose of this case study is to determine the results of care provided to mother "KS" from the second trimester of pregnancy to the postpartum period and newborn. The case determination method used was interviews, examinations, observations and documentation. Care was provided from August 2025 to March 2026. The development of pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period of mother "KS" proceeded physiologically. The provision of therapy was adjusted to the collaboration and referrals that had been made. Complementary care was also implemented well according to the mother's needs. The mother gave birth vaginally without complications. The first stage lasted 4 hours 15 minutes from 5 cm dilation, the second stage 25 minutes, the third stage 10 minutes and monitoring of the fourth stage within normal limits. The baby was born immediately crying, active muscle tone, birth weight 2765 grams, height: 50 cm, length: 33, height: 34 cm. Initial breastfeeding (IMD) was successful at the 60th minute (approximately 2:25 PM WITA). Uterine involution, lochia discharge, and lactation during the postpartum period proceeded normally. The entire pregnancy and postpartum period for mother "KS" proceeded physiologically. Midwives must consistently provide standardized midwifery care, as it is crucial to monitor and detect complications during pregnancy, labor, the postpartum period, and the baby.
