Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN GANGGUAN PERSEPSI AUDITORY DENGAN CHROMOTHERAPY PADA PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA DI RUANG KUNTI RSJ PROVINSI BALI Maria Sholasticha Putu Erlina S. Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: [email protected] ABSTRAK Skizofrenia merupakan penyakit neurologis yang mempengaruhi penilaian dari cara berpikir, bahasa, prilaku dan emosi pasien. Secara garis besar, pasien skizofrenia menunjukkan gejala positif dan negatif. Gejala positif meliputi delusi dan halusinasi, sedangkan gejala negatif meliputi penarikan diri dari lingkungan sosial, harga diri rendah, kehilangan motivasi dan emosi yang tumpul. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui asuhan keperawatan gangguan persepsi sensori dengan terapi warna atau Chromotherapy pada pasien skizofrenia di ruang kunti RSJ provinsi bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desain penelitian deskriptif, yakni dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Sampel penelitian yaitu pasien skizofrenia dengan masalah gangguan persepsi sensori. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada pengkajian, didapatkan pasien mengatakan mendengar suara bisikan, tampak senyum sendiri dan berbicara sendiri, pasien terlihat mondar mandir, sehingga diagnosa gangguan persepsi sensori auditory dapat ditegakan. Perencanaan keperawatan menggunakan intervensi utama dengan manajemen halusinasi, implementasi keperawatan sesuai rencana keperawatan, dikolaborasikan dengan Chromotherapy. Evaluasi keperawatan dari implementasi rencanan keperawatan dan kolaborasi Chromotherapy, didapatkan tujuan kriteria hasil belum teratasi. Kesimpulannya berdasarkan analisis kasus kelolaan dan jurnal terkait, didapatkan bahwa pemberian Chromotherapy dengan waktu yang ditentukan pada pasien skizofrenia dengan gangguan persepsi auditory dapat membantu mengontrol halusinasi pasien. Broadly speaking, schizophrenia patients show positive and negative symptoms. Positive symptoms include delusions and hallucinations, while negative symptoms include withdrawal from social environments, low self-esteem, loss of motivation and blunted emotions. The aim research is to determine nursing care for sensory perception disorders using color therapy or Chromotherapy for schizophrenic patients in the special room of RSJ Provinsi Bali . This research uses a descriptive research design method, namely a case study research design. The research sample was schizophrenic patients with sensory perception disorders. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study showed that in the assessment, it was found that the patient said he heard whispering, appeared to be smiling to himself and talking to himself, the patient was seen pacing back and forth, so that the diagnosis of auditory sensory perception disorder could be made. Nursing planning uses the main intervention with hallucination management, nursing implementation according to the nursing plan, in collaboration with Chromotherapy. Nursing evaluation of the implementation of the nursing plan and Chromotherapy collaboration, it was found that the objective of the outcome criteria had not been resolved. The conclusion, based on the analysis of managed cases and related journals, it was found that administering Chromotherapy at specified times to schizophrenic patients with auditory perception disorders can help control the patient's hallucinations.
