Abstract

RISK FACTORS OF HOME CONDITIONS WITH INCIDENT OF ACUTE RESPIRATORY INFECTION IN KEROBOKAN KAJA VILLAGE BADUNG REGENCY, IN 2025 ABSTRACT Kerobokan Kaja is a Village in North Kuta District, Badung Regency. The condition of the house is a physical condition that includes ventilation area, floor area, temperature and humidity where if the condition of the house does not meet the requirements then it will breed a disease, one of which is ISPA, which is acute inflammation of the upper and lower respiratory tract caused by infection with microorganisms or bacteria, viruses, without or accompanied by lung parenchyma. This study aims to determine the risk factors of house conditions with the occurrence of ARI in Kerobokan Kaja Village, Badung Regency in 2025. The method used is an analytical observational with a case-control approach with a total of 86 samples. By measuring and observing the ventilation area, floor area, temperature, and humidity. Based on the chi-square results, it shows the risk factors of house conditions with the occurrence of ISPA with ventilation area (OR = 53,760> 1; p-value = 0.00 < 0.05), humidity (OR = 1,719; p-value = 0.11 < 0.05). There are no risk factors with the occurrence of ISPA with floor area (OR = 0.077; p-value = 0.00 < 0.05), temperature (OR = 0.060 p-value; 0.01 < 0.05). Suggestions should be for the community to implement a clean and healthy life and pay attention to healthy home conditions including rest rooms to prevent ISPA and for Kerobokan Kaja Village It is hoped that education related to healthy home conditions and especially ventilation areas that are less than 10% of the floor area. Keywords : Home Conditions, ARI FAKTOR RISIKO KONDISI RUMAH DENGAN KEJADIAN PENYAKIT ISPA DI KELURAHAN KEROBOKAN KAJA KABUPATEN BADUNG TAHUN 2025 ABSTRAK Kelurahan Kerobokan Kaja adalah salah satu kelurahan yang berada di Kecamatan Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung. Kondisi rumah adalah kondisi fisik yang meliputi luas ventilasi, luas lantai, suhu, dan kelembaban dimana kondisi rumah tersebut jika tidak memenuhi syarat maka berkembang biaknya suatu penyakit salah satunya adalah penyakit ISPA adalah radang akut saluran pernapasan atas maupun bawah yang disebabkan oleh infeksi jasad renik atau bakteri, virus, tanpa atau disertai parenkim paru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor Risiko Kondisi Rumah Dengan Kejadian Penyakit ISPA Di Kelurahan Kerobokan Kaja Kabupaten Badung Tahun 2025. Metode yang digunakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan case kontrol dengan jumlah 86 sampel. Dengan cara melakukan pengukuran dan observasi terhadap luas ventilasi, luas lantai, suhu, dan kelembaban. Berdasarkan hasil chi-square menujukan adanya faktor risiko kondisi rumah dengan kejadian ISPA dengan luas ventilasi (OR=53.760>1; p-value=0,00 < 0,05), kelembaban (OR= 1.719; p-value=0,11 < 0,05). Tidak adanya faktor risiko dengan kejadian ISPA dengan luas lantai (OR= 0.077; p-value=0,00 < 0,05), suhu (OR= 0.060 p-value; 0,01 < 0,05). Saran sebaiknya untuk masyarakat menerapkan hidup bersih dan sehat serta memperhatikan kondisi rumah yang sehat termasuk ruang istirahat untuk mencegah terjadinya penyakit ISPA dan untuk Kelurahan Kerobokan Kaja Diharapkan agar memberikan edukasi terkait dengan kondisi rumah sehat dan khususnya luas ventilasi yang kurang 10% dari luas lantai.
