Abstract

OVERVIEW OF PROTEINURIA IN PREGNANT WOMEN AT UPTD PUSKESMAS II DENPASAR UTARA ABSTRACT Proteinuria is a condition with an excessive amount of protein in the urine. Generally, the amount of protein in human urine is usually less than 150 mg in a 24-hour period. If protein is detected in the urine and the amount exceeds 300 mg in a 24-hour period, it is considered abnormal. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of proteinuria levels in pregnant women at UPTD Puskesmas II Dinas Kesehatan Denpasar Utara. This study is a descriptive study with a non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique. The sample size is 44 people, and the sampling method used is dipstick method. The results of urine protein examination with 44 samples overall in pregnant women showed negative results in 29 people (65.9%) and positive results in 15 people (34.1%). Based on the age of pregnant women, the highest positive result was found in women under 30 years old (25.0%, 11 people). Based on gestational age, the highest positive result was found in women with gestational age 13-27 weeks (15.9%, 7 people). Meanwhile, based on blood pressure, the highest positive result was found in women with normal blood pressure (27.3%, 12 people) Keyword: Proteinuria, pregnant,pre-eclamsia GAMBARAN KADAR PROTEIN URINE PADA IBU HAMIL DI UPTD PUSKESMAS II DINAS KESEHATAN KECAMATAN DENPASAR UTARA ABSTRAK Proteinuria adalah kondisi dengan jumlah protein di dalam urin yang melebihi kadar normal. Secara umum, protein di dalam urin manusia biasanya kurang dari 150 mg dalam rentang waktu 24 jam. Jika protein terdeteksi dalam urin dan kadar proteinnya melebihi 300 mg dalam rentang waktu 24 jam, itu dianggap sebagai keadaan abnormal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar protein urine pada ibu hamil di UPTD Puskesmas II Dinas Kesehatan Denpasar Utara. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriftif dengan metode pengambilan sampel non-probality dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 44 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode tarik celup. Hasil pemeriksaan protein urine dengan 44 sampel secara keseluruhan pada ibu hamil di dapatkan hasil negatif 29 orang 65,9%, dan positif 15 orang 34,1%. Berdasarkan usia ibu hamil di dapatkan hasil positif tertinggi yaitu pada usia di bawah 30 tahun 11 orang 25,0%, berdasarkan usia kehamilan 13-27 minggu 7 orang 15,9%, sedangkan pada hasil pemeriksaan kadar protein urine berdasarkan tekanan darah di dapatkan hasil tertinggi yaitu pada tekanan darah normal yaitu sebanyak 12 orang 27,3%.
