Abstract

OBSTETRIC CARE FOR 35-YEAR-OLD "SK" MULTIGRAVIDA MOTHERS FROM 14 WEEKS OF GESTATION 1 DAY TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM PERIOD Care to be carried out at the G S. Midwife's Independent Practice Place in 2025 ABSTRACT Comprehensive midwifery care is provided according to standards until the postpartum period is one of the efforts to reduce AKI and AKB. The purpose of this case study is to determine the results of care given to "SK" mothers from the second trimester of pregnancy to the postpartum period and newborns according to standards. The methods of determining cases used are interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. Poedji Rochjati's score in the pregnancy of the mother "SK" received a score of 4 with the category of low-risk pregnancy. Foster care is provided from March 2025 to October 2025. The development of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period of the mother "SK" is physiological. The administration of therapy is in accordance with clinical pharmacology in obstetric practice. Complementary care is also well implemented as needed. ANC performed during pregnancy as much as 6x. Mothers give birth normally without complications. Period I lasted 2 hours and 30 minutes from the opening of 7 cm, period II 10 minutes, period III 5 minutes and monitoring period IV within normal limits. The baby was born immediately crying, muscle tone was active, the skin was reddish and the birth weight was 2900 grams. The process of uterine involution, lochhea and lactation during the postpartum period is normal. The entire pregnancyprocess up to the postpartum period in the mother "SK" runs physiologically. Midwives must always provide standard obstetric care because it is very important to monitor and detect complications and complications in the process of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and babies.
