Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR A 31 YEAR OLD MULTIGRAVIDA MOTHER "ES" FROM 22 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY 5 DAY TO 42 DAYS POTENTIAL PERIOD IN THE WORKING AREA OF THE PUSKESMAS MARGA II ABSTRACT Midwifery play an important role in efforts to achieve a reduction in MMR and IMR, one of which is by implementing continuous care or Continuity of Care. This care aims to determine the results of care provided to "ES" mothers from 22 weeks 5 days of pregnancy until the postpartum and newborn period according to standards, using primary and secondary data (interviews, examinations, observations and documentation). Care is provided from May to October 2025. The pregnancy of "ES" mothers proceeds physiologically and is in accordance with 12 T standards. The complementary therapy given to "ES" mothers during pregnancy is progressive muscle relaxation therapy, pregnancy exercises, prenatal yoga to prepare and train the muscles of the abdominal wall and pelvic floor and reduce pain. Mother gave birth vaginally without complications. During labor to reduce pain, use the birthing ball technique and sacrum massage. During the postpartum period, the process of uterine involution, lochea expulsion, and psychology are normal. Complementary therapies given during the postpartum period are postpartum exercises, Kegel exercises and oxytocin massage. The midwifery care given to the baby is in accordance with essential neonatal services and baby massage has been provided. Based on the results obtained, it was concluded that midwifery care for mother "ES" took place physiologically and midwifery care was provided in accordance with applicable authorities, policies and standards. ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “ES” UMUR 31 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 22 MINGGU 5 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MARGA II Studi Kasus dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Marga II ABSTRAK Bidan berperan penting dalam upaya pencapaian penurunan AKI dan AKB salah satunya dengan melaksanakan asuhan secara berkelanjutan atau Continuity of Care. Asuhan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “ES” dari kehamilan usia 22 minggu 5 hari sampai masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir sesuai standar, metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan mulai Mei sampai Oktober 2025. Kehamilan ibu “ES” berjalan secara fisiologis dan sudah sesuai standar dengan 12 T. Terapi komplementer yang diberikan pada ibu “ES” selama kehamilan adalah terapi relaksasi otot progresif, senam hamil, prenatal yoga untuk mempersiapkan dan melatih otot dinding perut dan dasar panggul serta mengurangi nyeri. Ibu bersalin secara pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Selama menghadapi persalinan untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri menggunakan tehnik birthing ball dan pijatan sacrum. Pada masa nifas proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea, dan psikologis berlangsung normal. Terapi komplementer yang diberikan dalam masa nifas yaitu senam nifas, senam kegel serta pijat oksitosin. Asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan pada bayi telah sesuai dengan pelayanan neonatal esensial dan sudah diberikan pijat bayi. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh disimpulkan asuhan kebidanan kepada ibu “ES” berlangsung secara fisiologis dan asuhan kebidanan diberikan sesuai dengan kewenangan, kebijakan dan standar yang berlaku.
