Abstract

Comprehensive and continuous midwifery care is provided for early detection to prevent complications that can threaten the life of the mother and baby and is expected to reduce AKI and AKB. Case study aims to know the result of applying midwifery care in mothers “DF” 29 years old and their children multigravida given appropriate midwifery care in a comprehensive and sustainable standards of gestation from 15 weeks until 42 postpartum period. Case report with data collection technique through interview, examination, observation and documentation. The result of the application in this case showed that the development of the condition of the mother "DF" and the fetus during pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum and newborns to babies aged 42 days took place physiologically with complementary care such as prenatal yoga, perineal massage, back massage, oxytocin massage, kegel exercise and baby massage. The conclusion from the midwifery care given to the mother "DF" is in accordance with the standards of midwifery care and the authority of the midwife. The authors suggest midwives to continue providing standardized midwifery care to pregnant women, labor, childbirth and infants. Key words: Continuity Of Care; pregnancy; labour; postpartum; baby
