Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “SU” 28 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVIDAFROM 14 WEEKS 2 DAYA OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM PERIOD IN GENERAL HOSPITAL BALI ROYAL ABSTRACT Comprehensive and continuous midwifery care according to standards provided from pregnancy to the postpartum period is an effort to reduce MMR and IMR. The aim of this case study is to determine the results of care provided to "SU" mothers from 14 weeks 2 days of gestation to 42 days of the postpartum period according to standards. The case determination method used is through interviews, examination, observation and documentation. Care is provided from September 2024 to April 2025. The development of the "SU" mother's pregnancy proceeds physiologically. Complementary care is also implemented well according to the mother's needs. Mother gave birth vaginally without complications. Stage I lasted 5 hours from 4 cm opening, stage II 13 minutes, stage III 10 minutes and monitoring in stage IV was within normal limits. The baby was born immediately crying, active muscle tone, birth weight 3090 grams, and Early Breastfeeding Initiation was successfully carried out. The process of uterine involution, lochea expulsion and lactation during the postpartum period is normal. The baby's growth and development from birth to 42 days of age is within normal limits. The entire process of pregnancy up to the postpartum period in "TN" mothers runs physiologically. Midwifery care must be provided according to standards in an effort to monitor and detect difficulties and complications in the process of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and the baby. Keywords: Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, Baby ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “SU” UMUR 28 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 14 MINGGU 2 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS DI RUMAH SAKIT IBU DAN ANAK BALI ROYAL ABSTRAK Asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan sesuai standar diberikan dari kehamilan sampai masa nifas merupakan upaya untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “SU” dari umur kehamilan 14 minggu 2 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas sesuai standar. Metode penentuan kasus yang digunakan yaitu melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan Septemer 2024 sampai Februari 2025. Perkembangan kehamilan ibu “SU” berjalan secara fisiologis. Asuhan komplimenter juga diterapkan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan ibu seperti senam hamil, pijat laktasi serta pijat bayi. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Persalinan kala I berlangsung 5 jam dari pembukaan 4 cm, kala II 13 menit, kala III 10 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, berat lahir 3090 gram, serta berhasil dilakukan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD). Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal. Tumbuh kembang bayi sejak lahir sampai umur 42 hari dalam batas normal. Seluruh proses kehamilan sampai dengan masa nifas pada ibu “SU” berjalan secara fisiologis. Asuhan kebidanan harus diberikan sesuai standar sebagai upaya untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
