Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE ON MRS "LM" AGE 33 YEARS PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM 34 WEEKS 4 DAYS TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM PERIOD Michwifery Care Implemented in the Work Area Tabanan II Community Health Center Regional Technical Implementation Unit Tabanan District Health Service ABSTRACT Comprehensive midwifery care is midwifery care for mothers and babies that is carried out continuously from pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, and postpartum. The purpose of writing this case report is to determine the results of the implementation of midwifery care for mother "LM" aged 33 years, primigravida and 34 weeks 4 days pregnant to 42 days postpartum. The methods used are interviews, physical examinations, and observations of documentation results from the KIA Book. Midwifery care was provided from February to May 2025. Midwifery care during the pregnancy of mother "LM" took place according to standards with examinations that were in accordance with antenatal visits and examination service standards. At the 40th week of examination, it was found that the mother had CPD. Delivery was carried out by caesarean section (CS). The newborn baby immediately cried, actively moved. After post-placental, mother "LM" used an intrauterine contraceptive device, namely the IUD. Midwifery care during the postpartum period of mother "LM" was in accordance with the service standards carried out, namely KF 1-4 and took place pathologically. Midwifery care for the baby of mother "LM" was in accordance with the service standards, namely KN 1-3, up to 42 days in a healthy condition and breastfeeding strongly. It can be concluded that from the pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and newborn babies took place pathologically which was in accordance with the standards of midwifery care. Keywords: pregnancy,CPD, sectio caesarean, postpartum, neonates, midwifery care ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU "LM" UMUR 33 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 34 MINGGU 4 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan Kebidanan dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas Tabanan II Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tabanan Tahun 2025 ABSTRAK Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif adalah asuhan kebidanan pada ibu dan bayi yang dilakukan secara berkesinambungan dari masa kehamilan, persalinan, bayi baru lahir, dan masa nifas. Tujuan penulisan laporan kasus ini untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “LM” umur 33 tahun primigravida dan kehamilan 34 minggu 4 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, dan observasi hasil dokumentasi dari Buku KIA. Asuhan kebidanan diberikan dari bulan Februari hingga bulan Mei 2025. Asuhan kebidanan pada masa kehamilan ibu "LM" berlangsung sesuai standar dengan pemeriksaan yang telah sesuai dengan kunjungan antenatal dan standar pelayanan pemeriksaan. Pada pemeriksaan minggu ke-40, ditemukan bahwa ibu mengalami CPD. Persalinan dilakukan melalui operasi caesar (SC). Bayi baru lahir langsung menangis, aktif bergerak. Setelah pasca plasenta ibu “LM” menggunakan alat Kontrasepsi Dalam Rahim yaitu KB IUD. Asuhan kebidanan pada masa nifas ibu "LM" sudah sesuai standar pelayanan yang dilakukan yaitu KF 1-4 dan berlangsung secara patologis. Asuhan kebidanan pada bayi ibu "LM" sudah sesuai dengan standar pelayanan yaitu KN 1-3, hingga 42 hari dalam keadaan sehat dan menyusu dengan kuat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, dan bayi baru lahir berlangsung secara patologis yang sudah sesuai dengan standar asuhan kebidanan.
