Abstract

PICTURE OF HEMOGLOBIN LEVELS IN PREGNANT WOMEN AT PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER I NORTH DENPASAR ABSTRACT Anemia is one of the health problems that often occur in pregnant women and can have a bad impact on the mother and fetus. This study aims to find out the description of hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the third trimester and the factors that affect it at the North Denpasar Health Center I. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 41 pregnant women who were selected by purposive sampling according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were collected through interviews and hemoglobin examination using the Point of Care Testing (POCT) method. The results showed that as many as 61.0% of respondents experienced mild anemia, 2.4% experienced severe anemia, and 36.6% had normal hemoglobin levels. Factors that affect hemoglobin levels include maternal age, gestational age, blood pressure, adherence to blood supplement (TTD) consumption, parity, education level, and type of occupation. These results show that anemia is still a significant problem in pregnant women and requires special attention from health workers as well as increased education and compliance with TTD consumption. Keyword: Anemia, Hemoglobin, Pregnant Women, POC, Trimester III GAMBARAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN PADA IBU HAMIL DI PUSKESMAS I DENPASAR UTARA ABSTRAK Anemia merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi pada ibu hamil dan dapat berdampak buruk terhadap ibu maupun janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil trimester III serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya di Puskesmas I Denpasar Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 41 orang ibu hamil yang dipilih secara purposive sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan pemeriksaan hemoglobin menggunakan metode Point of Care Testing (POCT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 61,0% responden mengalami anemia ringan, 2,4% mengalami anemia berat, dan 36,6% memiliki kadar hemoglobin normal. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kadar hemoglobin antara lain usia ibu, usia kehamilan, tekanan darah, kepatuhan konsumsi tablet tambah darah (TTD), paritas, tingkat pendidikan, dan jenis pekerjaan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa anemia masih menjadi masalah signifikan pada ibu hamil dan memerlukan perhatian khusus dari tenaga kesehatan serta peningkatan edukasi dan kepatuhan konsumsi TTD.
