Abstract

HUBUNGAN ANEMIA DENGAN KEJADIAN BAYI BERAT LAHIR RENDAH DI KABUPATEN GIANYAR ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Anemia pada ibu hamil, sering dikaitkan dengan peningkatan risiko BBLR. Berat Bayi Lahir Rendah (BBLR) merupakan salah satu indikator penting status kesehatan ibu dan anak, serta menjadi faktor risiko utama terhadap morbiditas dan mortalitas neonatal. Tujuan Penelitian Proporsi kejadian ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia, kejadian bayi berat lahir rendah dan menganalisis hubungan anemia dengan Berat Bayi Lahir Rendah di Kabupaten Gianyar. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Subjek penelitian ibu hamil yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi diambil secara simple random sampling sebanyak 374 sampel dari 13 Puskesmas di Kabupaten Gianyar pada tanggal 17 – 21 Mei 2025. Data diambil dari register kohort ibu dan bayi menggunakan form pengumpulan data. Uji hipotesis dianalisis dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu hamil 90,6% berusia 20-35 tahun, 66,3 % bekerja, 65,0% pendidikan menengah, 99,05 % paritas 1-4 kali, 10,2 % anemia, 10,4 % dengan BBLR. Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi Square, nilai p pada analisis hubungan anemia dengan BBLR adalah 0,089 (p > 0,05). Simpulan Tidak terdapat hubungan antara anemia dengan berat bayi lahir rendah di Kabupaten Gianyar. Saran bagi Puskesmas atau Rumah Sakit, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan antenatal care (ANC) secara menyeluruh dan edukasi risiko BBLR. Low Birth Weight (LBW) is an important indicator of maternal and child health status, and is a major risk factor for neonatal morbidity and mortality. Research Objektives The proportion of pregnant women with anemia, the incidence of low bith weight babies and analyse the correlation between anemia and low birth weight in Gianyar Regency. Method This research is an observational analytical study with a cross sectional design. The subjects of the study were pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria were taken by simple random sampling of 374 samples from 13 health center areas in Gianyar Regency on May 17-21, 2025. Researchers took data from the maternal and infant cohort register using a data collection form. Hypothesis testing was analyzed by Chi Square test. Result showed that 90.6% of pregnant women were aged 20-35 years, 66.3 % worked, 65.0% secondary education, 99.5% parity 1-4 times, 10.2% anemia, 10.4 % with LBW. Based on the results of the Chi Square test, the p value in the analysis of the correlation between the anemia and low birth weight is 0.089 (p>0.05). Conclusion There is no correlation between anemia and low birth weight in Gianyar Regency. Sugegestions for Health Centers or Hospitals are expected to improve the quality of antenatal care (ANC) services as a whole and education on he risk of LBW.
