Abstract
Bali Province in 2020 successfully provided access to proper sanitation facilities for 804,101 households. In Denpasar City, all 43 villages that have implemented the Community-Based Total Sanitation (CBTS) program, with 40 villages (93%) running the program optimally. Aims to examine the influence of socio-economic status on the implementation of the five pillars of CBTS in Sumerta Kaja Village in 2025. Method used is observational with a Cross Sectional approach, with a population of 1,926 families involving 95 heads of families as samples. Based on the results of data analysis using the Chi Square test, a significance value of p <0.05 indicates a significant relationship between education level, type of work, and income of the head of the family with the implementation of the five pillars of CBTS at that location. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between socio-economic level and the implementation of the five pillars of CBTS. Therefore, it is hoped that heads of families who have not fully implemented the CBTS standards can start implementing them, in line with the Bali Province's initiative to improve public health and prevent the spread of disease.
