This type of research is a correlation analytic study, using a cross-sectional approach. The research sample of 38 people was taken by purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire and interview. The results of the study income> 3.5 million and 1.5-2.5 million, each as many as 12 people (31.6%; 73,7% of pregnant women every day consumed iron supplements daily; 21% of mothers experience anemia. Spearman's Rank test between income and the incidence of anemia obtained a p value: 0.021 and compliance with iron supplement tablet consumption with the incidence of anemia obtained a p value: 0.000.
