Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS “GA” 20 YEARS PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM 36 WEEKS 1 DAY OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM The Case Study Conducted In The Work Area Of The Regional Of Health Center I, South Denpasar District Health Service ABSTRACT Continuity of Care is continuous care in midwifery services which aims to ensure the health of the mother so that she is able to give birth to a healthy generation. The purpose of writing the final assignment report is to find out the results of the implementation of midwifery care provided in accordance with standards and continuously for "GA" mothers from the third trimester of pregnancy to 42 days of the postpartum period. The method for preparing this final assignment report is a case study carried out in the work area of South Denpasar Community Health Center I. Care is provided from February to April 2025 using interview techniques, examination, observation and documentation in the maternal and child health book. The pregnancy care received by "GA" mothers was not up to standard, but the pregnancy was physiological. The birth process at 40 weeks of gestation, the baby was born spontaneously, cried strongly, moved actively, male, according to the 60 steps of APN. Postpartum care is carried out in postpartum visits according to standards, the mother in good condition, able to breastfeed, takes good care of herself and her baby. Have used IUD contraception after 42 days of postpartum period. Neonatal visits were carried out 3 times for up to 42 days, the baby was in good health and was breastfeeding strongly. It can be concluded that the midwifery care provided to "GA" mothers and their babies is physiological. Hoped that the midwifery care that has been implemented can provide experience for the author and the "GA" mother and family regarding the period from pregnancy to postpartum and baby care. Keywords: Midwifery Care, Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “GA” UMUR 20 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI USIA KEHAMILAN 36 MINGGU 1 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus Dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas I Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan ABSTRAK Continuity of Care adalah asuhan berkesinambungan dalam pelayanan kebidanan yang bertujuan untuk menjamin kesehatan ibu sehingga mampu melahirkan generasi yang sehat. Tujuan penulisan laporan tugas akhir yaitu untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan sesuai dengan standar dan berkesinambungan pada ibu “GA” dari masa kehamilan trimester III hingga 42 hari masa nifas. Metode penyusunan laporan tugas akhir ini yaitu studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas I Denpasar Selatan. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan Februari hingga April 2025 menggunakan teknik wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi, dan dokumentasi pada buku kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA). Asuhan kehamilan yang didapatkan ibu “GA” belum sesuai standar namun masa kehamilan berlangsung fisiologis. Proses persalinan berlangsung pada usia kehamilan 40 minggu, bayi lahir spontan, tangis kuat, gerak aktif, jenis kelamin laki – laki sesuai 60 langkah APN. Asuhan masa nifas dilakukan kunjungan nifas sesuai standar, keadaan ibu baik, mampu menyusui, melakukan perawatan diri dan bayinya dengan baik. Sudah menggunakan alat kontrasepsi IUD setelah 42 hari masa nifas. Kunjungan neonatal dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali hingga 42 hari, bayi dalam kondisi sehat dan menyusu dengan kuat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan kepada ibu “GA” dan bayinya berjalan secara fisiologis. Diharapkan asuhan kebidanan yang telah diterapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman bagi penulis dan ibu “GA” serta keluarga mengenai masa kehamilan hingga nifas dan perawatan bayi.
