Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MOTHER “WF” 20 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVIDA SINCE 17 WEEKS OF GESTATION UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM ABSTRACT Comprehensive and continuous midwifery service could be provided as a form of improving the quality of mothers and babies to prevent obstetric and neonatal complications. The report aimed to determine the result of care provided to mother “WF” from 17 weeks of pregnancy to 42 days to the postpartum and newborn period. This study used data collection techniques through interview, examination, observation, and documentation. During the initial assessment, problems were found regarding a lack of knowledge about the danger signs of pregnancy in the second trimester. Based on the conditions, the researcher was interested in providing care from oktober 2024 to April 2025 at the UPTD Puskesmas IV South Denpasar and the mother “WF” house. The care according to the 12 T ANC standart, The development of mother “WF” pregnancy proceeded physiologically. The mother was given birth vaginally without complications at the UPTD Puskesmas IV South Denpasar. the first stage of the active phase was for 1,5 hours. The second stage was for 15 minutes, the third stage was for 5 minutes, and the fourth stage was within normal limits. The baby was born, crying immediately, moving actively with reddish skin, and a birth weight of 3200 grams. IMD was carried out successfully at the 30th minute. The process of uterine involution, lochea expulsion and lactation during the postpartum period were normal. The process of pregnancy until the postpartum period for mother “WF” was run physiologically and the midwifery care provided was in accordance with standards including complementary care. Midwifery care must be provided according to standards as an effort to monitor and detect difficulties and complications in the process of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and the baby. Keywords: pregnancy, labor, postpartum, newborn, complementary care ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “WF” USIA 20 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 17 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS ABSTRAK Pelayanan kebidanan menyeluruh dan berkesinambungan dapat diberikan sebagai bentuk peningkatan kualitas ibu dan bayi untuk mencegah komplikasi obstetrik dan neonatal. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “WF” dari umur kehamilan 17 minggu sampai 42 hari masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir. Studi ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, dan observasi, serta dokumentasi. Perkembangan kehamilan sejak bulan Oktober 2024 sampai dengan April. Asuhan sesuai standar yakni lebih dari 6 kali mendapatkan asuhan komplementer berupa brain booster, prenatal yoga, penggunakan minyak zaitun dan gymball. Ibu bersalin di UPTD Puskesmas IV Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan. Persalinan berlangsung dari kala I fase aktif 1,5 jam. Kala II berlangsung 30 menit, kala III berlangsung 5 menit, dan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi yang lahir, segera menangis, bergerak aktif dengan kulit kemerahan, dan berat lahir sekitar 3200 gram dan sudah mendapatkan asuhan terstandar dengan kunjungan KN1 sampai KN 3. Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lokhea, dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal dari KF 1 samapai KF 4. Proses kehamilan sampai dengan masa nifas pada ibu “WF” berjalan secara fisiologis dan asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan sesuai standar. Asuhan kebidanan harus diberikan sesuai standar sebagai upaya untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, dan bayi.
