Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MOTHER “WW” AGE 26 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVID FROM 31 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM Midwifery care is carried out in the work area of Regional Technical Implementation Unit of South Denpasar Health Center 1 Year 2025 ABSTRACT Pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum are physiological conditions, but if not handled properly, they can develop into pathological conditions. This report aims to determine the results of midwifery care implementation for a 26-year-old multigravida mother “WW” from 31 weeks of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum. Midwifery care during pregnancy has been carried out according to standards, although there was a delay in laboratory tests carried out in the second trimester. The mother has been given prenatal yoga and relaxation techniques. Delivery care has been carried out according to APN Kala 1-4 standards and complementary gym ball care has been given at 40 weeks of pregnancy, which is physiological, with the baby born spontaneously, crying loudly, moving actively, and weighing 3200 grams. Postpartum care includes monitoring the process of uterine involution, lochia, lactation, and complementary care is given in the form of oxytocin massage with 4 postpartum visits, postpartum is physiological and the mother has become an acceptor of 3-month injection birth control. Care for the baby is carried out according to the neonatal visit standards KN 1-3 and care until the age of 42 days, with an increase in the baby's weight of 910 grams, the last weight recorded was 4110 grams and received complementary care in the form of baby massage. The baby is in good health. Based on the results of the care that has been given, it can be concluded that the implementation of care for Mother "WW" from pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum took place physiologically. ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU ”WW” UMUR 26 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI USIA KEHAMILAN 31 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan Kebidanan dilaksanakan di Wilayah kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknik Daerah Puskesmas 1 Denpasar Selatan Tahun 2025 ABSTRAK Kehamilan, persalinan, nifas merupakan suatu kondisi yang fisiologis, namun bila tidak ditangani dengan baik dapat berkembang menjadi patologis. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “WW” umur 26 tahun multigravida dari umur kehamilan 31 minggu sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Asuhan kebidanan pada masa kehamilan telah di laksanakan sesuai standar, meskipun terdapat keterlambatan dalam pemeriksaan laboratorium yang dilakukan pada trimester II. Ibu telah diberikan prenatal yoga dan teknik relaksasi. Asuhan persalinan telah dilaksanakan sesuai standar APN Kala 1 – 4 dan diberikan asuhan komplementer gym ball pada usia kehamilan 40 minggu berjalan fisiologis, dengan bayi lahir spontan, menangis kuat, gerak aktif, serta berat badan 3200 gram. Asuhan pada masa nifas meliputi pemantauan proses involusi uterus, lokhea, laktasi, serta diberikan asuhan komplementer berupa pijat oksitosin dengan 4 kali kunjungan nifas, Nifas berjalan dengan fisiologis dan ibu sudah menjadi akseptor KB suntik 3 bulan. Asuhan pada bayi dilakukan sesuai standar kunjungan neonatal KN 1-3 dan asuhan sampai usia 42 hari, dengan peningkatan berat badan bayi 910 gram, berat badan terakhir tercatat 4110 gram dan mendapat asuhan komplementer berupa pijat bayi. bayi dalam kondisi sehat. Berdasarkan hasil asuhan yang telah diberikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan asuhan pada Ibu “WW” dari kehamilan sampai 42 hari masa nifas berlangsung secara fisiologis. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini memberikan gambaran tentang penerapan asuhan berkesinambungan dalam program kesehatan ibu dan anak. Kata Kunci: Asuhan Kebidanan, Kehamilan, Persalinan, Nifas, Bayi.
