Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS “HS” 27 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVIDA FROM 38 WEEKS 3 DAYS OF PREGANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM The Case Study Was Carried Out In The Work Area Of The Regional Technical Implementation Unit Of Community Health Center I, West Denpasar District Health Service ABSTRACT Midwives' efforts to provide continuous midwifery care (Continuity of Care) to ensure the health of mothers give birth to a healthy generation. The purpose of writing the final assignment report is to find out the results of the implementation of midwifery care provided according to standards and continuously to Mrs. “HS” 27 year old multigravida from 38 weeks 3 days of gestation to 42 days of the postpartum period. The method used was a case study, carried out in the work area of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of Community Health Center I, West Denpasar District Health Service. Midwifery care is provided from february to April 2025 using the techniques of interviews, examinations, observations and documentation of results from maternal and child health (KIA) books. The pregnancy care provided is physiological. The birth process takes place at 39 weeks 3 day of pregnancy. The baby was born spontaneously, cried strongly, moved actively, had reddish skin according to the 60 steps of APN. Postpartum care visits are carried out in accordance with KF standards 1-4, the mother's condition is good and breastfeeding is going well. Mrs. "HS" baby condition from birth, KN 1-3, to 42 days was healthy and breastfeeding strongly. After 42 days of the postpartum period, Mrs. "HS" used an injectable contraceptive for 3 months. It can be concluded that the midwifery care applied to mrs "HS" proceeded physiologically and without difficulties or complications. Keywords: Midwifery Care, Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “HS” UMUR 27 TAHUN MULLTIGRAVIDA DARI USIA KEHAMILAN 38 MINGGU 3 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus Dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis Daerah Puskesmas I Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Barat ABSTRAK Upaya bidan memberikan asuhan kebidanan berkesinambungan (Continuity of Care) untuk menjamin kesehatan ibu melahirkan generasi yang sehat. Tujuan penulisan laporan tugas akhir adalah mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan sesuai dengan standar dan berkesinambungan pada ibu “HS” umur 27 tahun multigravida dari usia kehamilan 38 minggu 3 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis Daerah Puskesmas I Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Barat. Asuhan kebidanan diberikan dari bulan Februari hingga April 2025 dengan teknik kegiatan wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi, dan hasil dokumentasi dari buku kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA). Asuhan kehamilan yang diberikan berlangsung secara fisiologis. Proses persalinan berlangsung saat usia kehamilan 39 minggu 3 hari. Bayi lahir secara spontan, tangis kuat, gerak aktif, kulit kemerahan sesuai dengan 60 langkah APN. Kunjungan asuhan nifas dilakukan sesuai dengan standar KF 1-4 keadaan ibu baik serta menyusui berjalan dengan baik. Kondisi bayi ibu “HS” dari lahir, KN 1-3, hingga 42 hari dalam keadaan sehat dan menyusu dengan kuat. Setelah 42 hari masa nifas ibu “HS” menggunakan alat kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa asuhan kebidanan yang diterapkan pada ibu “HS” berjalan secara fisiologis dan tanpa penyulit ataupun komplikasi.
