Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “ES” 21 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVIDA SINCE TRIMESTER III OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM ABSTRACT Efforts that can be given to pregnant women until the postpartum period to reduce MMR and IMR are by providing comprehensive midwifery care (continuity of care). The purpose of this report is to determine the implementation of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. “ES” aged 21 years old primigravida from 32 weeks 2 days of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum. Data collection methods were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. During pregnancy, Mrs. “ES” had made 13 ANC visits with a frequency of 1 time in the first trimester, 4 times in the second trimester, and 8 times in the third trimester. The mother has received standard examinations, namely 12 T and received complementary care of brain booster, pregnancy gymnastics and yoga, aromatherapy, and perineal massage. The labor process took place physiologically at 39 weeks 6 days of pregnancy, the baby was born spontaneously, cried loudly, moved actively according to the 60 APN steps and received complementary care of massage, birthing ball, and aromatherapy. The mother's postpartum period took place physiologically, the mother received midwifery care according to the KF1-KF4 standards with additional complementary care of Kegel exercises and oxytocin massage, and the mother had used an IUD. Mother's baby "ES" had received care according to the KN1-KN3, PJB and SHK standards and complementary care of baby massage. The family is expected to always provide support to the mother. Keywords: Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, Baby, Complementar ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “ES” UMUR 21 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 32 MINGGU 2 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS ABSTRAK Upaya yang dapat diberikan kepada ibu hamil hingga masa nifas untuk menekan AKI dan AKB yaitu dengan memberikan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif (continuity of care). Tujuan dari laporan ini untuk mengetahui penerapan asuhan kebidanan yang komprehensif pada Ibu “ES” umur 21 tahun primigravida dari umur kehamilan 32 minggu 2 hari hingga 42 hari masa nifas. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selama masa kehamilan, Ibu “ES” telah melakukan kunjungan ANC sebanyak 13 kali dengan frekuensi pada trimester 1 sebanyak 1 kali, trimester 2 sebanyak 4 kali, dan trimester 3 sebanyak 8 kali. Ibu telah mendapatkan pemeriksaan sesuai standar yaitu 12T dan mendapatkan asuhan komplementer brain booster, senam dan yoga hamil, aroma terapi, dan pijat perineum. Proses persalinan berlansung secara fisiologis pada usia kehamilan 39 minggu 6 hari, bayi lahir spontan, tangis kuat, gerak aktif sesuai dengan 60 langkah APN dan mendapatkan asuhan komplementer masase, birthting ball, dan aroma terapi. Masa nifas ibu berlangsung secara fisiologis, ibu mendapatkan asuhan kebidanan sesuai dengan standar KF1-KF4 dengan tambahan asuhan komplementer senam kegel dan pijat oksitosin, serta ibu sudah menggunakan KB IUD. Bayi Ibu “ES” sudah mendapatkan asuhan sesuai standar KN1-KN3, PJB dan SHK serta asuhan komplementer pijat bayi. Keluarga diharapkan selalu memberikan dukungan kepada ibu.
