Abstract

ABSTRACT Maternal Mortality Rate in Bali in 2021 has increased to 189.6 per 100,000 live births. The Indonesian government has made various efforts to reduce MMR and IMR with the concept of continuous service (Continuity of Care) which can have a major impact on the health of mothers and children. This midwifery careaims to determine the results of the implementation of midwifery care for "LD" mothers aged 3 0 years multigravida and their babies from 2 6 weeks pregnancyuntil 42 days of the puerperium. Data collection was carried out through interviews, examinations, observation and documentation. Pregnancy care for Mrs.LD" and fetus takes place physiologically by applying standard midwifery services and complementary care such as prenatal yoga, use of VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) and brain booster. In the process of spontaneous birth behind the head at the "LD" Midwife Independent Practice, with the condition of the babybeing born healthy without complications according to APN standards and optimizing complementary care such as; use of birth ball, aromatherapy and deep breathing relaxation. Postpartum midwifery care for mothers and babies up to 42 days is physiological and there are no complications. Various complementary care is provided, such as: Stimulation of Endorphin Oxytocin and Suggestive Massage (SPEOS), Kegel and katuk leaves as well as providing stimulation to babies throughbaby massage. Keywords: Continuity of Care ; Pregnanc ; Labor; Postpartum; Neonatus; Baby. vi ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “LD” USIA 30 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 26 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS DI UPTD PUSKESMAS KUTA SELATAN ABSTRAK Angka Kematian Ibu di Bali tahun 2021 mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar189,6 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Pemerintah Indonesia telah melakukan berbagai upaya dalam menurunkan AKI dan AKB dengan konsep pelayanan yang berkesinambungan (Continuity of Care) yang dapat memberikan dampak besar bagi kesehatan ibu dan anak. Asuhan kebidanan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “LD” umur 30 tahun multigravida beserta bayinya dari umur kehamilan 26 minggu sampai dengan 42 hari masa nifas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan kehamilan pada Ibu “LD” dan janin berlangsung fisiologis dengan menerapkan standar pelayanan kebidanan dan asuhan komplementer seperti prenatal yoga, penggunaan VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) dan brain booster. Pada proses persalinan berlangsung spontan belakang kepala di Praktek Mandiri Bidan “LD”, dengan kondisi bayi lahir sehat tanpa komplikasi sesuai standar APN (Asuhan Persalinan Normal) dan mengoptimalkan asuhan komplementer seperti; penggunaan birth ball, aromatherapy dan relaksasi pernafasan dalam. Asuhan kebidanan masa nifas pada ibu dan bayi sampai 42 hari berlangsung fisiologi dan tidak terdapat komplikasi. Berbagai asuhan komplementer diberikan seperti: Stimulasi Pijat Endorfin Oksitosin dan Sugestif (SPEOS), senam kegel dan daun katuk serta memberikan stimulasi pada bayi melalui pijat bayi.
