Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MOTHER “SN” 22 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVID FROM PREGNANCY AGE 16 WEEKS 1 DAY TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM PERIOD ABSTRACT The success of maternal health efforts can be measured by the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) indicator. Various efforts have been made to reduce MMR and IMR by implementing continuity of care which can have a major impact on the health of mothers and babies. This midwifery care aims to determine the results of the application of midwifery care to the mother “SN” aged 21 years primigravida and her baby from the gestational age of 16 weeks 1 day to 42 days of the postpartum period according to standards and takes place physiologically. Data collection methods are primary and secondary through interviews, examination, observation and documentation. Care was provided from September 2024 to April 2025. Care is combined with complementary care to get maximum service results and minimize complaints. After being given care according to standards and complementary care in a comprehensive manner, the mother “SN” from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and baby was successful and took place physiologically without complications.
