Abstract

Comprehensive obstetric services are provided to prevent complications that can threaten the lives of mothers and babies and can reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. This report aims to determine the results of the implementation of continuity of care according to standards in mother "SS" aged 26 years old primigravida from 21 weeks of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum period. On the third visit, a problem was found, namely back pain and prenatal yoga was given. The first stage of labor lasted for 3 hours and 40 minutes, the second stage lasted 20 minutes from 10 cm dilation until the baby was born. The baby was born at 09.00 WITA with strong cries and active movements. The third stage lasted 10 minutes, the mother had no problems in the fourth stage. There were no problems with the baby during the neonatal visit. Mrs. SS's postpartum period was carried out 4 times, during the first visit the mother felt pain in the birth canal, during the second visit the mother had no complaints. Complementary postpartum care the author taught Mrs. S's husband to do endorphin back massage to increase breast milk production. During the 28-day monitoring, the baby was healthy with no complications. The mother used a 3-month injection of birth control. Continuity of Care midwifery care for Mrs. SS starting from 21 weeks of pregnancy, labor, postpartum, BBL and family planning has been implemented and the mother is included in the low-risk group. Pelayanan kebidanan komprehensif diberikan untuk mencegah komplikasi yang dapat mengancam jiwa ibu dan bayi serta dapat menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Laporan ini bertujuan mengetahui hasil penerapan continuity of care sesuai standar pada ibu “SS” umur 26 tahun primigravida dari usia kehamilan 21 minggu sampai dengan 42 hari masa nifas. Pada kunjungan ketiga telah ditemukan masalah yaitu nyeri punggung dan sudah diberikan prenatal yoga. Persalinan kala I berlangsung selama 3 jam 40 menit, kala II berlangsung 20 menit dari pembukaan 10 cm hingga lahirnya bayi. Bayi lahir pada jam 09.00 wita tangis kuat, gerak aktif. Kala III berlagsung 10 menit, Kala IV ibu tidak ada masalah. Pada kunjungan Neonatus tidak ada masalah pada bayi. Masa nifas Ny. SS dilakukan 4 kali dalam kunjungan pertama ibu merasakan nyeri pada jalan lahir, kunjungan kedua ibu sudah tidak mengalami keluhan. Asuhan Komplementer masa nifas penulis mengajari suami Ny. S untuk melakukan endhorpin massage punggung untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI. Selama pemantaun 28 hari Bayi sehat tidak ada komplikasi. Ibu menggunakan KB suntik 3 bulan. Asuhan kebidanan Continuity of Care pada Ny. SS yang dimulai dari usia kehamilan 21 minggu, persalinan, nifas, BBL serta KB sudah terlaksana dan ibu termasuk kelompok resiko rendah.
