v MIDWIFE CARE OF MRS. “RA” 25 YEARS OLD MOTHER PRIMIGRAVIDS FROM 20 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS OF PUBLIC TIME Case Studies Conducted in Work Areas Klungkung Health Center Regional Technical Implementation Unit Year 2025 ABSTRACT One of the determinants of the success of maternal and child health is the decline in maternal mortality and infant mortality rates, namely by providing complementary care in accordance with standards from pregnancy to postpartum. The purpose of this case study is to determine the results of care provided to mother "RA" from the second trimester of pregnancy to the postpartum period and newborns in accordance with standards. Case study data uses primary data and secondary data through interviews, examinations, observations and documentation. Care was provided from October 2024 to April 2025. Mother "RA"'s pregnancy took place physiologically. The mother gave birth vaginally without complications. Stage I lasted 12 hours, stage II lasted 25 minutes, stage III 10 minutes and monitoring of stage IV was within normal limits. The baby was born at 22.25 wita immediately cried, was male, and had a birth weight of 2850 grams. The mother's postpartum period was normal. The midwifery care provided to the baby was in accordance with essential neonatal services. Complementary care is provided according to the needs of the mother and baby. Based on the results obtained, it was concluded that midwifery care for mother "RA" during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and BBL took place physiologically and midwifery care was provided in accordance with the applicable authority, policies and standards.
