Abstract
Comprehensive and continuous midwifery care is provided for early detection to prevent complications that can threaten the lives of mothers and babies and is expected to reduce MMR and IMR. This report aims to determine the results of care provided to "LI" mothers from 16 weeks of pregnancy to 42 days of the postpartum period who are given midwifery care according to standards. This study uses a case study with data collection techniques through interviews, examination, observation and documentation. Care is provided from September 2024 to April 2025. There are no pregnancy complications, complementary care is provided by prenatal yoga and gym ball. The labor process was uncomplicated in the first stage for three hours and 40 minutes, the second stage was 70 minutes, the third stage was 10 minutes and monitoring in the fourth stage was within normal limits with complementary care of deep breathing techniques. Postpartum up to 42 days is physiological, uterine involution, lochea expulsion and lactation during the postpartum period are normal. complementary care of oxtocin massage, postpartum contraception with an IUD inserted at 42 days postpartum. The baby was born immediately crying, BBL 3580 grams, complementer care baby massage. The entire process of pregnancy up to the postpartum period in "LI" mothers runs physiologically. Midwifery care must be provided according to standards as an effort to monitor and detect complications and complications in the pregnancy, birth, postpartum and baby processes.
