Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF THE STATE OF BEDROOM VENTILATION IN THE RENON URBAN VILLAGE AREA IN 2025 ABSTRACT Indoor air quality must meet health standards to prevent health problems and provide comfort, especially for room occupants. This study aims to determine the state of bedroom ventilation in the Renon Village Area which has a population of 2,929 households with a sample size of 97 households. This study used descriptive observational method with direct observation through observation and measurement of 97 heads of families. The results of this study state that the type of ventilation respondents mostly use the type of mechanical ventilation with a percentage (91.7%), the existence of ventilation has implemented a cross ventilation system (72.2%), the ventilation system has mostly used temporary ventilation (80.4%) which is temporary as an air exchange system, and the ventilation ratio of respondents has mostly met the requirements with a percentage (92.8%). The community is expected to pay more attention and maintain the physical condition of the house, especially regarding the state of ventilation to anticipate the risk of developing respiratory infections. Keywords: Air Quality, Ventilation GAMBARAN KEADAAN VENTILASI KAMAR TIDUR DI WILAYAH KELURAHAN RENON TAHUN 2025 ABSTRAK Kualitas udara di dalam ruangan harus memenuhi standar kesehatan untuk mencegah gangguan kesehatan dan memberikan kenyamanan, terutama bagi penghuni ruangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan ventilasi kamar tidur di Wilayah Kelurahan Renon yang memiliki populasi 2.929 kepala keluarga dengan besar sampel menjadi 97 kepala keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional dengan observasi langsung melalui pengamatan dan pengukuran 97 kepala keluarga. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa jenis ventilasi responden sebagian besar menggunakan jenis ventilasi mekanik dengan presentase (91,7%), keberadaan ventilasi sudah menerapkan sistem ventilasi silang (72,2%), sistem ventilasi sebagian besar sudah menggunakan vemtilasi temporer (80,4%) yang sifatnya sementara sebagai sistem pertukaran udara, dan rasio ventilasi responden sebagian besar sudah memenuhi syarat dengan presentase (92,8%). Kepada masyarakat diharapkan untuk lebih memperhatikan dan menjaga keadaan fisik rumah terutama menyangkut tentang keadaan ventilasi untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya risiko terkena penyakit infeksi saluran pernapasan.
