Abstract

ABSTRACT Performance is a parameter of success in service including health services. The achievement of performance is influenced by the cumulative indect prestice, job experience and training. The purpose of this research was to know the influence of cumulative indect prestice, job experience and training partially or simultaneously to midwife’s performance in the hospitals and public health centre. This research was a non-experimental analytic study which was verificative. The research sample was seventy midwives who worked in the hospital aand public health centre in Bali province which was taken by concecutive sampling technique. The variables of cumulative indect prestice were measured by documentation studied and job experience, training and performance were measured by using questionnaires by Likert scale 1-5. Data analysis used regresion test with significance level of α=5% (p<0.05), and Path Analysis to know the magnitude of influence of the direct cumulative indect prestice, job experience and training. Cumulative indect prestice influence partially on the performance (p=0,048), job experience influence partially on the performance (p=0,01) and training influence partially on the performance (p=0,039). Indect prestice, job experience and training influence simultaneously on the performance(p=0,02) Cumulative indect prestice, job experience and training influence partially and simultaneously to midwife’s performance.
