Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR TN. A WITH ANXIETY DUE TO CHRONIC KIDNEY FAILURE IN THE HEMODIALYSIS ROOM OF KLUNGKUNG REGIONAL HOSPITAL IN 2025 ABSTRACT Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a complex and multifaceted disease, which causes kidney dysfunction and progression to end-stage kidney disease and cardiovascular disease. CKD can cause various complications, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety is an emotional condition of an individual's subjective experience of an object that is unclear and specific due to anticipation of danger that allows the individual to take action to deal with the threat. The purpose of this case report is to carry out nursing care for Mr. A with anxiety due to chronic kidney failure in the Hemodialysis Room of the Klungkung Regional General Hospital. The case report design used in this report is a descriptive study with one subject. The results of the assessment conducted on CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis found that the patient felt confused, the patient was worried about the condition due to the condition being faced, the patient had difficulty concentrating, the patient looked restless, looked tense, and had poor eye contact. The nursing diagnosis formulated is Anxiety related to situational low self-esteem as evidenced by the patient feeling worried about the consequences of the conditions faced, the patient often has difficulty concentrating, the patient looks restless, the patient looks tense, the patient's eye contact is poor, the patient is oriented to the past, with nursing interventions given in the form of anxiety reduction and relaxation therapy for six meetings with a time of 20 minutes at each meeting. A DENGAN ANSIETAS AKIBAT GAGAL GINJAL KRONIS DI RUANG HEMODIALISA RSUD KLUNGKUNG TAHUN 2025 ABSTRAK Penyakit ginjal kronis (CKD) merupakan penyakit yang kompleks dan memiliki banyak sisi, yang menyebabkan disfungsi ginjal dan perkembangan menjadi penyakit ginjal stadium akhir serta penyakit kardiovaskular. CKD ini dapat menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi, salah satunya yaitu ansietas. Ansietas adalah kondisi emosi pengalaman subjektif individu terhadap objek yang tidak jelas dan spesifik akibat antisipasi bahaya yang memungkinkan individu melakukan tindakan untuk menghadapi ancaman. Tujuan laporan kasus ini adalah untuk melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pada Tn. A dengan ansietas akibat gagal ginjal kronis di ruang Hemodialisa Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Klungkung. Desain laporan kasus yang digunakan pada laporan ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan subjek berjumlah satu orang. Hasil pengkajian yang dilakukan pada pasien CKD yang menjalani hemodialisa didapatkan pasien merasa bingung, pasien merasa khawatir dengan kondisi akibat dari kondisi yang dihadapi, pasien sulit berkonsentrasi, pasien tampak gelisah, tampak tegang, dan kontak mata buruk. Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan yaitu Ansietas berhubungan dengan harga diri rendah situasional dibuktikan dengan pasien merasa khawatir dengan akibat dari kondisi yang dihadapi, pasien sering sulit berkonsentrasi, pasien tampak gelisah, pasien tampak tegang, kontak mata pasien buruk, pasien berorientasi pada masa lalu, dengan intervensi keperawatan yang diberikan berupa reduksi ansietas dan terapi relaksasi selama enam kali pertemuan dengan waktu 20 menit di setiap pertemuannya. Hasil evaluasi keperawatan menunjukan penurunan tingkat ansietas. Kata Kunci : asuhan keperawatan, ansietas, gagal ginjal kronis.
