Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR Mrs. S WITH ANXIETY GRADE I DUE TO CERVICAL CANCER IN THE AREA OF PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER III, SOUTH DENPASAR ABSTRACT Cervical cancer, caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, is one of the leading causes of death in women worldwide. Nursing care was provided to a 54-year-old woman with anxiety due to a diagnosis of cervical cancer, at Puskesmas III Denpasar Selatan. The assessment showed that the nursing diagnosis determined was anxiety related to a situational crisis characterized by feeling confused, feeling worried about the consequences of the conditions faced, difficulty concentrating, appearing restless, appearing tense, difficulty sleeping, a pale face, a trembling voice, and poor eye contact. To overcome this problem, the nursing intervention given to the patient was anxiety reduction with three components, namely observation, therapeutic, and education. Then the nursing output intervention given to the patient was the level of anxiety where after nursing care was carried out, anxiety was expected to decrease. With the criteria for the results of confusion decreasing, worry due to the conditions faced decreasing, restless behavior decreasing, tense behavior decreasing, tremors decreasing, paleness decreasing, concentration improving, sleep patterns improving, feelings of empowerment improving, eye contact improving. S DENGAN ANSIETAS RINGAN AKIBAT KANKER LEHER RAHIM PUSKESMAS III DENPASAR SELATAN ABSTRAK Kanker serviks, yang disebabkan oleh infeksi human papilloma virus (HPV), merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian terbanyak pada wanita di seluruh dunia. Asuhan keperawatan diberikan pada seorang wanita berusia 54 tahun dengan ansietas karena diagnosis kanker leher rahim, di Puskesmas III Denpasar Selatan. Pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa diagnosis keperawatan yang ditetapkan adalah ansietas berhubungan dengan krisis situasional yang ditandai degan merasa bingung, merasa khawatir dengan akibat dari kondisi yang dihadapi, sulit berkonsentrasi, tampak gelisah, tampak tegang, sulit tidur, muka tampak pucat, suara bergetar, serta kontak mata buruk. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, intervensi keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien yaitu reduksi ansietas dengan tiga komponen yaitu observasi, terapeutik, dan edukasi. Kemudian intervensi luaran keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien yaitu tingkat ansietas dimana setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan, diharapkan ansietas menurun. Dengan kriteria hasil kebingungan menurun, khawatir akibat kondisi yang dihadapi menurun, perilaku gelisah menurun, perilaku tegang menurun, tremor menurun, pucat menurun, konsentrasi membaik, pola tidur membaik, perasaan keberdayaan membaik, kontak mata membaik.
