Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF FOREIGN TOURISTS WHO DO ORAL SURGERY TREATMENT AT PRIVATE CLINIC SANUR TOURISM VILLAGE IN 2025 ABSTRACT Oral surgery treatment is one of the main choices of foreign tourists visiting Bali, in the context of dental tourism. The purpose of the study was to find out the description of foreign tourists who underwent oral surgery treatment at the Sanur Tourism Village Private Clinic. The research was conducted by taking data from medical records and interviews. The results of this study were 73.3% of male and female respondents as many as 26.7%, dominated by respondents aged 46-70 years (50%). Most of them come from Australia as much as 33.3%, followed by the United States which is 7 people (23.3%), Russia which is 5 people (16.7%). The most common treatment was odontectomy in 43.3%, followed by tooth extraction in 9 people (30.0%). The most chosen reason was the professionalism of dentists as much as 33.3%, the speed of service as many as 8 people (26.7%). The most chosen source of information was others as many as 46.7%. The conclusion of this study is that the country of origin is the most from Australia. The most common treatment is odontectomy. The most widely chosen reason is the professionalism of dentists and the most information sources is references. Keywords: Foreign Tourists; Dental Tourism; Oral Surgery GAMBARAN WISATAWAN ASING YANG MELAKUKAN PERAWATAN BEDAH MULUT DI KLINIK MANDIRI DESA WISATA SANUR TAHUN 2025 ABSTRAK Perawatan bedah mulut menjadi salah satu pilihan utama wisatawan asing yang berkunjung ke Bali, dalam konteks dental tourism. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran wisatawan asing yang melakukan perawatan bedah mulut di Klinik Mandiri Desa Wisata Sanur. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil data dari rekam medis dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 73,3 % responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan sebanyak 26,7 %, didominasi responden berusia 46-70 tahun (50%). Sebagian besar berasal dari negara Australia sebanyak 33,3%, diikuti Amerika Serikat yaitu 7 orang (23,3 %), Rusia yaitu 5 orang (16,7 %). Perawatan yang paling banyak dilakukan adalah odontectomy sebanyak 43,3%, diikuti pencabutan gigi sebanyak 9 orang (30,0%). Alasan yang paling banyak dipilih adalah profesionalisme dokter gigi sebanyak 33,3%, kecepatan dari pelayanan sebanyak 8 orang ( 26,7%). Sumber informasi yang paling banyak dipilih adalah lain-lain sebanyak 46,7 %. Simpulan dari penelitian ini asal negara yang paling banyak berasal dari negara Australia. Perawatan yang paling banyak dilakukan yaitu odontectomy. Alasan yang paling banyak dipilih yaitu profesionalisme dokter gigi dan sumber informasi yang paling banyak didapat yaitu rujukan.
