Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR NUTRITIONAL DEFICIT IN STUNTING CHILDREN BY PROVIDING ACUPRESSURE THERAPY IN THE WORKING AREA OF THE PUSKESMAS BULELENG III Stunting is a problem of chronic malnutrition caused by a lack of nutrition and nutritional intake, namely food intake over a long period of time. One alternative for treating stunting is acupressure therapy at points CV 12, SP 3, SP 6, ST 36, ST 25. This research aims to provide nutritional deficit nursing care for stunted children by providing acupressure therapy in the working area of the Pukesmas Buleleng. This research chooses a descriptive type of research by reporting one managed case that is linked to a predetermined concept. The data collection instrument is an evaluation sheet. The research results showed that there was a patient, namely a 19 month old stunted toddler with nutritional deficit problems and had a body weight of 7.5 kg, height 73 cm, body mass index (BMI) 11.8 kg. The conclusion of this research is that after providing nursing care and providing acupressure therapy at points CV 12, SP 3, SP 6, ST 36, ST 25 for 3x24 hours, the results showed that nutritional status improved and the problem of nutritional deficits could be resolved. With this research, it is hoped that nursing care can be provided for stunted children with nutritional deficit problems by providing acupressure therapy at points CV 12, SP 3, SP 6, ST 36, ST 25. Keywords: Stunting,Nutrition, Acupresure ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DEFISIT NUTRISI PADA ANAK STUNTING DENGAN PEMBERIAN TERAPI AKUPRESURE DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BULELENG III Stunting merupakan masalah kurang gizi kronis yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi dan nutrisi yaitu asupan makanan dalam waktu yang cukup lama. Salah satu alternatif penanganan stunting yaitu terapi akupresure pada titik CV 12, SP 3, SP 6, ST 36, ST 25. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan defisit nutrisi pada anak stunting dengan pemberian terapi akupresure di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Buleleng III. Penelitian ini memilih jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan melaporkan satu kasus kelolaan yang dikaitkan dengan konsep yang telah ditentukan. Instrument pengumpulan data yaitu lembar evaluasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat pasien yaitu balita stunting berusia 19 bulan dengan masalah defisit nutrisi dan memiliki berat badan 7,5 kg, tinggi badan 73 cm, indeks massa tubuh (IMT) 11,8 kg. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan dan memberikan terapi akupresure pada titik CV 12, SP 3, SP 6, ST 36, ST 25 selama 3x24 jam, didapatkan hasil status nutrisi membaik dan masalah defisit nutrisi dapat teratasi.Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada anak stunting dengan masalah defisit nutrisi melalui pemberian terapi akupresure pada titik CV 12, SP 3, SP 6, ST 36, ST 25.
