Abstract

Nursing Care Ineffective Airway Clearance in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Patients at Kasuari Room RSUD Bali Mandara 2025 Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is one of the chronic diseases that attack the lungs that is progressive and persistent as a chronic inflammatory response to exposure to harmful particles or gases, characterized by shortness of breath and excessive sputum production. This paper aims to find out that airway clean nursing care is ineffective in patients with COPD. The results of this paper showed that in cases of management in the nursing study found patients were female, elderly, patients complained of shortness of breath, were unable to cough effectively, there was excessive sputum, ronkhi sounds, breathing frequency and breath patterns changed. The results of the study found that patients were the same male, elderly, patients complained of tightness, were unable to cough effectively, there was excessive sputum, the sound of additional breathing ronkhi, breathing frequency changed, and breathing patterns changed. The diagnosis of formulated nursing is ineffective airway cleansing associated with airway hypersecretion. Nursing planning refers to the guidelines of Indonesian Nursing External Standards with increased airway clean- up and Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards with the main interventions of effective cough training, airway management and respiration monitoring. Evaluation showed an increase in sekret expenditure in patients after intervention. This effective deep breath and cough exercise can be an intervention used to treat airway cleansing in patients with COPD Keywords : Chronic Obstruction Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Ineffective Airway Clearance. Asuhan Keperawatan Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektif Pada Pasien Penyakit Paru Obstruksi Kronis (PPOK) di Ruang Kasuari RSUD Bali Mandara Tahun 2025 Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronis (PPOK) merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis yang menyerang paru-paru yang bersifat progresif dan persisten sebagai respon inflamasi kronik terhadap paparan partikel atau gas berbahaya, ditandai dengan sesak nafas dan produksi sputum berlebih. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada pasien dengan PPOK. Hasil penulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa pada kasus kelolaan pada pengkajian keperawatan ditemukan pasien berjenis kelamin perempuan, usia lanjut, pasien mengeluh sesak napas, tidak mampu batuk secara efektif, terdapat sputum berlebih, terdengar suara ronkhi, frekuensi pernapasan dan pola napas berubah. Diagnosa keperawatan yang dirumuskan adalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif berhubungan dengan hipersekresi jalan napas. Perencanaan keperawatan mengacu pada pedoman Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia dengan luaran bersihan jalan napas meningkat dan Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia dengan intervensi utama latihan batuk efektif, manajemen jalan napas dan pemantauan respirasi. Evaluasi menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengeluaran sekret pada pasien setelah diberikan intervensi. Pemberian latihan napas dalam dan batuk efektif ini dapat menjadi intervensi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi bersihan jalan napas pada pasien dengan PPOK. Kata kunci : Penyakit Paru Obtruksi Kronis (PPOK), Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektif.
