Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR MISS. X WITH ANXIETY DUE TO CERVICAL CANCER AT PUSKESMAS IV SOUTH DENPASAR ABSTRACT Anxiety is an emotional condition and subjective experience of individuals in unclear and specific objects due to anticipation of hazards that allow individuals to take action to face threats. Case reports of nursing care in patients with anxiety due to cervical cancer aim to help overcome the problem of anxiety in cervical cancer patients with nursing care approaches. Case reports are presented with descriptive methods to be able to describe the nursing process as a whole. The sample in this case report is a cervical cancer sufferer who meets the inclusion criteria, patients with cervical cancer who experience anxiety nursing problems, patients who are willing to carry out nursing processes for five days. The results of the study were found in the form of the main complaint, the patient complained of dizziness, worried and fearing the side effects of the disease he experienced, the patient looked restless, the patient seemed tense, insomnia, the pulse frequency increased, the frequency of blood increased, and the breathing frequency increased. The nursing diagnosis that is formulated is anxiety associated with the situational crisis as evidenced by feeling confused, worried, looks restless, looks tense, and difficulty sleeping. The interventions given are anxiety reduction and relaxation therapy. After being treated for five days the patient reported a decrease in complaints of anxiety the patient said he was not confused anymore, the patient said he was no longer worried, no longer looked tense, did not look nervous, and the frequency of normal sleep. The evaluation results show that the nursing problem of anxiety has been resolved. From the report it was concluded that nursing care can help in overcoming the problem of anxiety there are cervical cancer patients. Keywords: Nursing Care, Anxiety, Cervical Cancer. ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA NY. F DENGAN ANSIETAS AKIBAT KANKER SERVIKS DI PUSKESMAS IV DENPASAR SELATAN ABSTRAK Ansietas adalah kondisi emosi dan pengalaman subyektif individu terhadao objek yang tidak jelas dan spesifik akibat antisipasi bahaya yang memungkinkan individu melakukan tindakan untuk menghadapi ancaman. Laporan kasus asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan ansietas akibat kanker serviks ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengatasi masalah ansietas pada pasien kanker serviks dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan. Laporan kasus disajikan dengan metode deskriptif untuk bisa menggambarkan proses keperawatan secara utuh. Sampel pada laporan kasus ini adalah seorang penderita kanker serviks yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, pasien dengan kanker serviks yang mengalami masalah keperawatan ansietas, pasien yang bersedia dilakukan proses keperawatan selama lima hari. Hasil pengkajian ditemukan berupa keluhan utama, pasien mengeluh pusing, khawatir dan takut akan efek samping dari penyakit yang dialaminya, pasien nampak gelisah, pasien tampak tegang, sulit tidur, frekuensi nadi meningkat, frekuensi darah meningkat, dan frekuensi napas meningkat. Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan adalah ansietas berhubungan dengan krisis situasional dibuktikan dengan merasa bingung, merasa khawatir, tampak gelisah, tampak tegang,dan sulit tidur. Intervensi yang diberikan yaitu reduksi ansietas dan terapi relaksasi. Setelah dirawat selama lima hari pasien melaporkan penurunan keluhan ansietas pasien mengatakan tidak bingung lagi, pasien mengatakan sudah tidak khawatir lagi, sudah tidak tampak tegang, tidak tampak gelisah, dan frekuensi tidur normal. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan masalah keperawatan ansietas sudah teratasi. Dari laporan tersebut disimpulkan bahwa asuhan keperawatan dapat membantu dalam mengatasi masalah ansietas ada pasien kanker serviks. Kata kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan, Ansietas, Kanker Serviks.
