Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA ANAK DENGAN HIPERTERMIA AKIBAT GASTROENTERITIS AKUT DI RUANG CILINAYA RSD MANGUSADA TAHUN 2025 ABSTRAK Gastroenteritis Akut (GEA) merupakan peradangan dibagian mukosa saluran gastrointestinal diakibatkan oleh parasit, bakteri, dan virus yang masuk menuju pencernaan melalui minuman dan makanan yang tercemar organisme itu. Jumlah kasus gastroenteritis akut di RSD Mangusada pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 147, tahun 2023 sebanyak 327 kasus, dan tahun 2024 sebanyak 157 kasus. Penanganan gastroenteritis akut dapat dilakukan dengan terapi farmakologis dan non farmakologis yaitu manajemen hipertermia. Tujuan dari laporan kasus ini adalah untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan pada An. S dengan hipertermia akibat gastroenteritis akut di RSD Mangusada. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif untuk menggambarkan asuhan keparawatan secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil data mayor dan data minor pada pasien meliputi suhu tubuh diatas nilai normal, kulit merah, dan kulit terasa hangat. Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan adalah hipertermia berhubungan dengan proses penyakit (infeksi). Rencana keperawatan yang mengacu pada SLKI dengan luaran termoregulasi membaik dan SIKI dengan intervensi utama manajemen hipertermia. Implementasi dilakukan selama 5 x 24 jam sesuai dengan rencana keperawatan yang telah disusun. Evaluasi keperawatan menunjukkan tujuan telah tercapai, hal ini dibuktikan dengan tercapainya seluruh luaran yang telah ditetapkan. Kata kunci : Asuhan keperawatan, gastroenteritis akut, hipertermia NURSING CARE FOR CHILDREN WITH HYPERTHERMIA DUE TO ACUTE GASTROENTERITIS IN ROOM CILINAYA RSD MANGUSADA IN 2025 ABSTRACT Acute gastroenteritis (GEA) is an inflammation of the mucosa of the gastrointestinal tract caused by parasites, bacteria, and viruses that enter the digestive tract through drinks and food contaminated with these organisms. The number of cases of acute gastroenteritis in Mangusada Hospital in 2022 was 147, in 2023 there were 327 cases, and in 2024 there were 157 cases. Management of acute gastroenteritis can be done with pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy, namely hyperthermia management. The purpose of this case report is to find out nursing care for An. S with hyperthermia due to acute gastroenteritis at RSD Mangusada. The method used is descriptive to describe nursing care systematically. The results showed the results of major data and minor data in patients including body temperature above normal values, red skin, and warm skin. The nursing diagnosis formulated is hyperthermia associated with the disease process (infection). Nursing plan that refers to SLKI with improved thermoregulation outcomes and SIKI with the main intervention of hyperthermia management. Implementation is carried out for 5 x 24 hours in accordance with the nursing plan that has been prepared. Nursing evaluation shows that the objectives have been achieved, this is evidenced by the achievement of all predetermined outcomes. Keywords: Nursing care, hyperthermia, acute gastroenteritis
