Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR MR. E WITH CHRONIC LOW SELF-ESTEEM DOE TO SCHIZOPHRENIA IN 2025 (Case Report in Abimanyu Room, Manah Shanti Mahottama Hospital) ABSTRACT Schizophrenia is a serious problem in life that affects the performance of the human brain, cognitive function, emotions and complex behavior, which causes difficulty in thinking, loss of motivation in life, and decreased self-confidence such as negative responses to oneself, lack of attention from those closest to you, feeling tired easily and experiencing loneliness which indicates the patient towards experiencing low self-esteem. The purpose of this case report is to determine nursing care for patients with chronic low self-esteem due to schizophrenia. The type of case report is a descriptive method that uses a nursing process approach with one subject who meets the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the assessment showed that the patient experienced chronic low self-esteem with nursing interventions given in the form of behavioral management, self-esteem promotion and coping promotion based on the Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards and Indonesian Nursing Outcome Standards, for eight meetings with a time of 30 minutes each meeting. The results of the case report showed a decrease in signs and symptoms of chronic low self-esteem in patients. Keywords: Nursing Care, Chronic Low-Esteem, Schizophrenia ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA TN. E DENGAN HARGA DIRI RENDAH KRONIS AKIBAT SKIZOFRENIA TAHUN 2025 (Laporan Kasus di Ruang Abimanyu RS Manah Shanti Mahottama) ABSTRAK Skizofrenia merupakan masalah serius dalam kehidupan yang memengaruhi kinerja otak manusia, fungsi kognitif, emosional dan tingkah laku bersifat kompleks, yang menimbulkan kesulitan berpikir, kehilangan motivasi dalam hidup, serta penurunan kepercayaan diri seperti tanggapan negatif pada dirinya, kurang perhatian dari orang terdekat, merasa mudah lelah dan mengalami kesepian yang menunjukan pasien kearah mengalami harga diri rendah. Tujuan dari laporan kasus ini adalah untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan harga diri rendah kronis akibat skizofrenia. Jenis laporan kasus berupa metode deskriptif yang menggunakan pendekatakan proses keperawatan dengan subjek berjumlah satu orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil pengkajian didapatkan pasien mengalami harga diri rendah kronis dengan intervensi keperawatan yang diberikan berupa manajemen perilaku, promosi harga diri dan promosi koping berdasarkan Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia dan Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia, selama delapan kali pertemuan dengan waktu 30 menit setiap pertemuan. Dari hasil laporan kasus menunjukan adanya penurunan tanda dan gejala harga diri rendah kronis pada pasien. Kata Kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan, Harga Diri Rendah Kronis, Skizofrenia
