Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MENYUSUI TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA IBU POST SEKSIO SESAREA DENGAN PEMBERIAN TEKNIK MARMET DI RUANG VK TUNJUNG RSUD BALI MANDARA Ni Komang Putri Widiastrini Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: putriwidiastrini26@gmail.com ABSTRAK Angka kejadian persalinan dengan seksio sesarea terus meningkat setiap tahun. Ibu post seksio sesarea sering mengalami dampak seperti rendahnya produksi ASI bahkan tidak ada pengeluaran ASI pada awal hingga hari kedua pasca persalinan. Hal ini menyebabkan masalah keperawatan berupa menyusui tidak efektif. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan menyusui tidak efektif pada pasien post seksio sesarea yang mendapatkan terapi pijat teknik Marmet di Ruang VK Tunjung RSUD Bali Mandara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan pasien mengalami kelelahan, kurang percaya diri, cemas, payudara tegang, dan produksi ASI rendah. Diagnosis keperawatan yang ditegakkan adalah menyusui tidak efektif. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa edukasi menyusui dan terapi pijat teknik Marmet selama tiga kali sehari selama tiga hari, masing-masing dua puluh hingga tiga puluh menit. Evaluasi menunjukkan adanya perbaikan status menyusui. Terapi pijat teknik Marmet terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan produksi ASI dan membantu mengatasi masalah menyusui tidak efektif pada ibu post seksio sesarea. Dengan adanya studi kasus ini diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dapat memanfaatkan teknik ini sebagai intervensi untuk meningkatkan suplai ASI yang tidak efektif. Post-cesarean section mothers often experience impacts such as low breast milk production or even no breast milk production in the early to second day after delivery. This causes nursing problems in the form of ineffective breastfeeding. The purpose of this case study was to determine ineffective breastfeeding nursing care in post-cesarean section patients who received Marmet massage therapy in the VK Tunjung Room, Bali Mandara Hospital. This study used a descriptive method with a case study approach. The results of the assessment showed that the patient experienced fatigue, lack of confidence, anxiety, tense breasts, and low breast milk production. The nursing diagnosis that was established was ineffective breastfeeding. The interventions given were breastfeeding education and Marmet massage therapy three times a day for three days, twenty to thirty minutes each. The evaluation showed an improvement in breastfeeding status. Marmet massage therapy has been proven effective in increasing breast milk production and helping to overcome the problem of ineffective breastfeeding in post-cesarean section mothers. With this case study, it is hoped that health workers can use this technique as an intervention to increase ineffective breast milk supply.
