Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA Ny. P DENGAN PEMBERIAN TERAPI PURSED LIPS BREATHING DENGAN PPOK Studi Dilakukan Di Ruang Kusamba RSUD Klungkung Putu Erlina Arta Dewi Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Denpasar Email : putuerlinadp08@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan utama yang ditandai dengan hambatan aliran udara yang persisten dan progresif. Salah satu masalah keperawatan yang sering muncul pada pasien PPOK adalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif yang ditandai dengan produksi sputum berlebih, batuk tidak efektif, dan penggunaan otot bantu pernapasan. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan pada Ny. P dengan diagnosa bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif berhubungan dengan sekresi yang tertahan dibuktikan dengan batuk tidak efektif, sputum berlebih, suara napas tambahan wheezing dan ronkhi kering. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Intervensi utama dalam asuhan keperawatan meliputi pelatihan teknik PLB secara teratur selama tiga hari. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan adanya penurunan frekuensi napas, berkurangnya sesak napas, dan peningkatan kemampuan batuk efektif. Evaluasi keperawatan menunjukkan bahwa tujuan intervensi tercapai, ditandai dengan membaiknya bersihan jalan napas dan status respirasi pasien. Dengan demikian, terapi Pursed Lips Breathing digunakan sebagai intervensi non-farmakologis dalam menangani masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada pasien PPOK. P THROUGH THE ADMINISTRATION OF PURSED LIPS BREATHING THERAPY IN COPD PATIENTS Study Conducted in Kusamba Ward, Klungkung Regional General Hospital (RSUD Klungkung) ABSTRACT Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is one of the major health problems characterized by persistent and progressive airflow obstruction. One of the nursing problems that often occurs in COPD patients is ineffective airway clearance characterized by excessive sputum production, ineffective cough, and use of accessory respiratory muscles. This case study aims to determine the nursing care for Mrs. P with a diagnosis of ineffective airway clearance related to retained secretions evidenced by ineffective cough, excessive sputum, additional breath sounds such as wheezing and dry rhonchi. The research method used is a case study with a descriptive approach. The main intervention in nursing care includes regular PLB technique training for three days. The results of the implementation showed a decrease in respiratory frequency, reduced shortness of breath, and increased ability to cough effectively. Nursing evaluation showed that the intervention objectives were achieved, characterized by improved airway clearance and patient respiratory status. Thus, Pursed Lips Breathing therapy is used as a non pharmacological intervention in dealing with the problem of ineffective airway clearance in COPD patients.
