Abstract
THE RELATIONSHIP AMONG NOISE, AGE AND THE WORK PERIOD WITH SUBJECTIVE COMPLAINTS AT UD NITIDEWI ON LABOR BRESELA VILLAGE PAYANGAN IN 2018 ABSTRACT Impact from among noise that is appearance complaints that felt labor as headache, disturbed concentration, ers ringing, fast tired and emotional. This research aim to knowing the relationship among noise, age and the work period with subjective complaints on labor at UD Nitidewi with types of research use observational. Based on chi square get value P=0,006, then p<0,05 si there is a relationship among noise with subjective complaints. Result of age test with subjective compalints get value p=0,343, then P≥0,05 so no relation of age with subjetive complaints. Then Chi Square test results between working period with subjective complaint get value P=0,037, then P<0,05 so there is relation of working period with subjective complaint. Then can be concluded there is a relationship among noise and the work period wirh subjective complaint, then no relation of age with subjective complaint on labor. Control can be done to the workforce at UD Nitidewi personal protective equipment while working, since the use and complement of personal protective equipment is very important for work safety.
