Abstract
THE COMPARISON OF HEMOGLOBIN TEST RESULTS USING SYSMEX XN-1000 AND XP-100 HEMATOLOGY ANALYZER TOOLS IN HEMODIALYSIS PATIENTS AT MANGUSADA HOSPITAL ABSTRACT In Indonesia, there are 198,675 hemodialysis patients dispersed over the region, including the province of Bali. Laboratory tests are performed on patients receiving routine hemodialysis treatments to determine the efficacy of the therapy and treatment. Every laboratory is using a variated of spesification equipments, it's depends on requerement of the patient. The goal of this study was to compare hemoglobin levels measured with the Sysmex XN-1000 and XP-1000 equipment. This study employed primary data collected using Purposive Sampling from 30 patients. Statistical testing is performed using the Independent Sample T Test with the patient's characteristics, notably hemodialysis. According to the data, 80% of the research subjects were male and 20% were female, with ages ranging from 25 to 85 years. Basic statistical studies show that the average Sysmex X
