Abstract

STUDY OF REDUCTION AND SELECTION EFFORTS HOUSEHOLD WASTE IN SANUR VILLAGE KAJA SOUTH DENPASAR DISTRICT YEAR 2024 ABSTRACT Efforts to reduce and sort waste in Sanur Kaja Village, South Denpasar District, found a problem, namely that household waste was not completely separated between organic and inorganic waste, due to those who did not want to sort waste. In the TPS waste handling stage, piles of rubbish were found that were not disposed of in the TPA. The research objective is Study of Efforts to Reduce and Sort Household Waste in Sanur Kaja Village, South Denpasar District in 2024. This research is a descriptive study of data collection through interviews with 89 respondents. The research results obtained from efforts to reduce household waste obtained the lowest answer for question 3, with the lowest answer being yes as many as 24 respondents (27%) and for those who answered no as many as 65 respondents (73%) for research results on efforts to select waste.
