Abstract

COMPATIBILITY OF URINE TEST RESULTS OF MANUAL METHOD WITH AUTOMATIC METHOD (URINE ANALYSER) IN THE LABORATORY OF RSUD TABANAN ABSTRACT Background: Urine examination is an examination that not only provides information about the kidneys and urinary tract but also provides information about the activity of various organs in the body such as: liver, bile ducts, pancreas, cerebral cortex, adrenal glands and others. A common urine-related disease is urinary tract infection (UTI). Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a difference in the results of urine sediment examination between the automatic method and the manual method. Methods: The type of research was a comparative study conducted at the Tabanan Hospital Laboratory using 50 samples. Results: The results showed that urine samples had different characteristics in each test parameter. Conclusion: Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the manual method and the automatic method. Keywords: urine, automatic method, manual method KESESUAIAN HASIL PEMERIKSAAN URINE METODE MANUAL DENGAN METODE OTOMATIS (URINE ANALYZER) DI LABORATORIUM RSUD TABANAN ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pemeriksaan urin merupakan pemeriksaan yang tidak hanya memberikan informasi mengenai ginjal dan saluran kemih tetapi juga memberikan informasi mengenai aktivitas berbagai organ dalam tubuh seperti: hati, saluran empedu, pankreas, korteks serebral, kelenjar adrenal dan lain-lain. Penyakit yang sering berkaitan dengan urine yaitu Infeksi Salurah Kemih (ISK). Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan hasil pemeriksaan sedimen urin antara metode otomatis dengan metode manual. Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian komparatif yang dilakukan di Laboratorium RSUD Tabanan dengan menggunakan 50 sampel. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan sampel urine memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda di setiap parameter uji. Simpulan: Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara metode manual dengan metode otomatis.
