Abstract

OVERVIEW OF PHYSICAL SANITATION AND WATER QUALITY OF PMA PANGKUNG TUKA WONGAYA GEDE VILLAGE TABANAN DISTRICT YEAR 2024 ABSTRACT Providing clean water for the community has a very important role in daily life. The low level of clean water services for the community, especially in rural areas, is still a problem that is still being faced today. Water is a chemical compound that is very important for the life of living creatures on earth, and one of its main uses is drinking water, especially to meet the water needs of the human body. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results of the physical sanitation inspection of PMA Pangkung Tuka in Wongaya Gede Village are that PMA Pangkung Tuka has a moderate risk of contamination because there is no overflow pipe and the manhole cover is not locked (padlocked) properly. For checking the physical quality of water, the results were found to meet the requirements and for checking the microbiological quality, the results showed that the water samples at PMA Pangkung Tuka and the end of the village pipe did not meet the requirements when compared with PMK No. 2 of 2023. The conclusion of this research is that the physical sanitation condition of PMA Pangkung Tuka has a moderate pollution risk score, the physical quality of PMA Pangkung Tuka meets the requirements, the microbiological quality of PMA Pangkung Tuka does not meet the requirements because in the first and second weeks the results were positive for Coliform and E- Coli. Keywords : Clean Water, Physical Condition of Facilities, Water Quality GAMBARAN SANITASI FISIK DAN KUALITAS AIR PMA PANGKUNG TUKA DESA WONGAYA GEDE KABUPATEN TABANAN TAHUN 2024 ABSTRAK Penyediaan air bersih untuk masyarakat memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tingkat pelayanan air bersih yang rendah bagi masyarakat, terutama di daerah pedesaan, masih merupakan masalah yang masih dihadapi saat ini. Air adalah senyawa kimia yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan makhluk hidup di bumi, dan salah satu manfaat utamanya sebagai air minum, terutama untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air tubuh manusia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil dari inspeksi sanitasi fisik PMA Pangkung Tuka Desa Wongaya Gede yaitu PMA Pangkung Tuka memiliki risiko kontaminasi sedang karena tidak terdapat pipa peluap dan penutup manhole tidak dikunci (digembok) dengan baik. Untuk pemeriksaan kualitas fisik air didapatkan hasil memenehui syarat dan untuk pemeriksaan kualitas mikrobiologis didapatkan hasil bahwa sampel air pada PMA Pangkung Tuka dan ujung perpipaan desa tidak memenuhi syarat jika dibandingkan dengan PMK No. 2 Tahun 2023. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu, keadaan sanitasi fisik PMA Pangkung Tuka memiliki skor risiko pencemaran sedang, kualitas fisik PMA Pangkung Tuka memenuhi syarat, kualitas mikrobiologis PMA Pangkung Tuka Tidak Memenuhi syarat karena minggu pertama dan minggu kedua hasil positif Coliform dan E-Coli.
