Abstract

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE AREA OF FIXED VENTILATION IN THE BEDROOM WITH THE INCIDENCE OF ACUTE RESPIRATORYINFECTIONS IN THE KEDONGANAN VILLAGE AREA ABSTRACT The case of Incidence of Acute Respiratory At UPTD Puskesmas Kuta 1 still shows that the quality of healthyhomes, especially in ventilation, is still a problem. This study aims to determine the relationship between the area of fixed ventilation in the bedroom with the incidence of acute respiratory infections in the Kedonganan Village Area. Method:used observational analytic with a case control approach with a sample number of 76 with random sampling techniques. By measuring and observing the area of fixed ventilation, the presence of fixed ventilation, and the ratio of ventilation. Objective: This study is to analyzewhether there is a relationship between fixed ventilation area and the incidence of Incidence of Acute Respiratory in Kedonganan Village Area. The resultsof this study contained the results of statistical tests using the Chi-square testobtained sig values = 0.001 < 0.05, it stated that there was a significant relationship between the fixed ventilation area and the incidence of ARI in the Kedonganan Village area and based on the criterion of closeness of the relationship seen from the CC (Contingency Coeffient) table, a number of 0.369 was obtained which shows that the closeness of the relationship between the areaof ventilation remains with the incidence of Incidence of Acute Respiratory, including still low criteria. The people in Kedonganan Village should get used tocovering their mouth/nose when sneezing or coughing, as well as paying more attention to aspects of a healthy house when building a house, such as makingthe house ventilation at least 10% of the floor area. Keywords: Ventilation area, Incidence of Acute Respiratory, ventilation ratio HUBUNGAN ANTARA LUAS VENTILASI TETAP KAMAR TIDUR DENGAN KEJADIAN INFEKSI SALURAN PERNAPASAN AKUT DI WILAYAH DESA KEDONGANAN ABSTRAK Kasus ISPA di UPTD Puskesmas Kuta 1 masih menunjukkan bahwa kualitas rumah sehat terutama pada ventilasi masih menjadi masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui hubungan antara luas ventilasi tetap pada kamar tidur dengan kejadian infeksi saluran pernapasan akut di Wilayah Desa kedonganan. Metode: yang digunakkan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan case control dengan jumlah sampel 76 dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel randomsampling. Dengan cara melakukan pengukuran dan observasi terhadap luas ventilasi tetap, keberadaan ventilasi tetap, dan rasio ventilasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis ada tidaknya hubungan luas ventilasi tetap dengan kejadian ISPA di Wilayah Desa Kedonganan. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square didapatkan nilai sig = 0,001 < 0,05 hal tersebut menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Luas Ventilasi tetap dengan Kejadian Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut di wilayah Desa Kedonganan dan berdasarkan kriteria keeratan hubungan yang dilihat dari tabel CC(Contingency Coeffient) didapat angka yaitu 0,369 yang menunjukan bahwa keeratan hubungan antara luas ventilasi tetap dengan kejadian ISPA termasukmasih kriteria rendah. Kepada masyarakat di Desa Kedonganan lebih membiasakan diri menutup mulut/hidung saat bersin atau batuk, Selain lebih memperhatikan aspekrumah sehat pada saat membangun rumah seperti membuat ventilasi rumah minimal 10% luas lantai.
