Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENCE OF AEDES AEGYPTI LARVAE IN MOSQUITO BREEDING SITES IN GUNAKSA VILLAGE, DAWAN DISTRICT, KLUNGKUNG REGENCY 2024 ABSTRAC Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a dangerous infectious disease caused by the Dengue virus, causing disorders of the blood vessels and blood clotting system, resulting in bleeding, and can cause death. The breeding place for the Aedes aegypti mosquito is the place where the Aedes mosquito lays its eggs, both indoors and outside the house. These mosquitoes usually cannot breed in air collections that are in direct contact with the ground. From the observations of health workers at the Dawan II Community Health Center for the last three years, sanitation in Gunaksa Village is not clean and well maintained, it is very clear that there is air collecting in the gutters, domestic wastewater is being dumped into the drain, and no cleaning is being carried out. regularly, and not cleaning ornamental plant pots, drums, bottles and bathtubs regularly. The results of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae in Gunaksa Village were 39.8% of drum containers and the lowest was jars at 28.6%. The results of examination of Aedes Aegypti mosquito larvae in Gunaksa Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency showed that the larvae-free rate (ABJ) was 86.6%, while the larvae-free rate (ABJ) should have been 95%. Keywords : larva, mosquitoes, Dengue, aedes aegypti GAMBARAN KEBERADAAN JENTIK AEDES AEGYPTI PADA TEMPAT PERINDUKAN NYAMUK DI DESA GUNAKSA KECAMATAN DAWAN KABUPATEN KLUNGKUNG TAHUN 2024 ABSTRAK Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit menular berbahaya yang disebabkan oleh virus Dengue, menyebabkan gangguan pada pembuluh kapiler dan sistem pembekuan darah, mengakibatkan pendarahan, hingga dapat menyebabkan kematian. Tempat perkembangbiakan nyamuk Aedes aegypti merupakan tempat bertelurnya nyamuk Aedes yang terdapat di dalam rumah (indoor) maupun di luar rumah (outdoor). Nyamuk ini biasanya tidak dapat berkembang biak di genangan air yang berhubungan langsung dengan tanah. Dari pantauan petugas kesehatan Puskesmas Dawan II tiga tahun terakhir memang sanitasi atau di Desa Gunaksa kurang bersih dan kurang terawat, terlihat sangat jelas di selokan terdapat genangan air, pembuangan air limbah domestik ke saluran pembuangan, tidak dilakukan pembersihan. secara rutin, dan tidak dilakukan pembersihan pot tanaman hias, drum, botol, dan bak mandi secara rutin. hasil jentik nyamuk Aedes aegypti di Desa Gunaksa mendapatkan jenis wadah Drum sebanyak 39,8 % dan yang paling terendah adalah jar sebanyak 28,6%. hasil pemeriksaan jentik nyamuk Aedes Aegypti di Desa Gunaksa, Kecamatan Dawan, Kabupaten Klungkung menunjukkan angka bebas jentik (ABJ) di angka 86,6% sedangkan angka bebas jentik (ABJ) seharusnya ada diangka minimal 95%.
