Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA PASIEN BRONKITIS KRONIK DENGAN PEMBERIAN TERAPI HERBAL JAHE MERAH DAN MADU DI RUANG JEPUN RSUD BALI MANDARA Putu Mia Rusmala Dewi Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: miarusmalades18@gmail.com ABSTRAK Bronkitis kronik adalah batuk persisten yang berlangsung selama tiga bulan dalam dua tahun berturut-turut. Bronkitis kronik dapat menyebabkan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, yaitu hipersekresi mukus sel goblet dan produksi berlebihan dari sputum yang menyebabkan obstruksi aliran udara di lumen saluran napas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui asuhan keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif dengan pemberian terapi herbal jahe merah dan madu di Ruang Jepun RSUD Bali Mandara dengan metode studi kasus yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret - April 2024. Subjek penelitian adalah Ny.N dengan diagnose bronkitis kronis + susp pneumonia. Hasil studi kasus didapatkan Ny.N mengatakan sesak, batuk (+), sulit mengeluarkan dahak, napas terasa berat saat berbaring, tampak tidak mampu batuk, sputum berlebih, terdapat suara napas tambahan wheezing, batuk tidak efektif, pola napas berubah, frekuensi napas berubah 28x/menit, dan pasien tampak gelisah. Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan, yaitu bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif beruhubungan dengan sekresi yang tertahan. Intervensi inovasi yang digunakan, yaitu pemberian jahe merah dan madu. Implementasi dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali sehari saat pagi hari setelah makan dan malam hari sebelum tidur sebanyak 150 ml selama 3 hari berturut-turut. Evaluasi menunjukkan batuk efektif pasien meningkat, produksi sputum menurun, wheezing menurun, gelisah menurun, otopnea menurun, dispnea pasien menurun, pola napas membaik dan frekuensi napas membaik 22x/menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian terapi herbal jahe merah dan madu dapat mengurangi mengurangi tingkat keparahan batuk. Kata Kunci : Bronkitis kronik, bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, jahe merah dan madu NURSING CARE FOR AIRWAY CLEARANCE IS INEFFECTIVE IN BRONKITIS KRONIK PATIENTS WITH GIVING THERAPY HERBAL RED GINGER AND HONEY IN THE JEPUN ROOM AT BALI MANDARA REGIONAL HOSPITAL ABSTRACT Chronic bronchitis is a persistent cough that lasts for three months in two consecutive years. Chronic bronchitis can cause ineffective airway clearance, namely hypersecretion of goblet cell mucus and excessive production of sputum which causes airflow obstruction in the airway lumen. The aim of this research is to determine whether airway clearance nursing care is ineffective by administering red ginger and honey herbal therapy in the Jepun Room at Bali Mandara Regional Hospital using a case study method carried out in March - April 2024. The research subject is Mis. N with a diagnosis of chronic bronchitis. The results of the case study showed that Mr. The respiratory rate changed to 28/minute, and the patient appeared restless. The nursing diagnosis formulated was ineffective airway clearance related to retained secretions. The innovative intervention used was the provision of red ginger and honey. Implementation is carried out 2 times a day in the morning after eating and in the evening before going to bed, 150 ml for 3 consecutive days. Evaluation showed that the patient's effective cough had increased, sputum production had decreased, wheezing had decreased, restlessness had decreased, autopnea had decreased, the patient's dyspnea had decreased, breathing patterns had improved and breathing frequency had improved to 22x/minute. The results of the study showed that administering red ginger and honey herbal therapy could reduce the severity of coughs.
