Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN HIPERTERMIA PADA PASIEN DEMAM TIFOID DENGAN PEMBERIAN TERAPI KOMPRES ALOE VERA DI RUANG SANDAT RSUD BALI MANDARA Ni Kadek Fitri Astiti Adnya Riani Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email : kadekfitri27@gmail.com ABSTRAK Demam tifoid merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh mikroorganisme Salmonella typhi (S. typhi) dengan gejala berupa suhu tubuh diatas nilai normal (hipertermia). Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari bagian rekam medis RSUD Bali Mandara, jumlah pasien demam tifoid mencapai 51 kasus pada 3 tahun terakhir, dimana pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 4 kasus, tahun 2022 sebanyak 23 kasus dan tahun 2023 sebanyak 24 kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan hipertermia pada pasien yang mengalami demam tifoid dengan pemberian terapi kompres aloe vera di Ruang Sandat RSUD Bali Mandara. Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian diperoleh diagnosis keperawatan hipertermia berhubungan dengan proses penyakit (demam tifoid) dibuktikan dengan suhu tubuh diatas nilai normal yaitu 38.5⁰C, kulit tampak merah, dan kulit terasa hangat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan kompres aloe vera, termoregulasi membaik. Dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini diharapkan petugas kesehatan dan masyarakat dapat mengimplementasikan kompres aloe vera terhadap penurunan suhu tubuh pada pasien hipertemia. Kata Kunci : Asuhan keperawatan, hipertermia, kompres aloe vera HYPERTHERMIA NURSING CARE FOR TYPHOD FEVER PATIENTS USING ALOE VERA COMPRESS THERAPY IN THE SANDAT ROOM OF BALI MANDARA HOSPITAL Ni Kadek Fitri Astiti Adnya Riani Denpasar Ministry of Health Nurse Professional Study Program Email : kadekfitri27@gmail.com ABSTRACT Typhoid fever is an infectious disease caused by the microorganism Salmonella typhi (S. typhi) with symptoms in the form of body temperature above normal values (hyperthermia). Based on data obtained from the medical records section of Bali Mandara Regional Hospital, the number of typhoid fever patients reached 51 cases in the last 3 years, where in 2021 there were 4 cases, in 2022 there were 23 cases and in 2023 there were 24 cases. The aim of this study was to determine hyperthermia nursing care for patients suffering from typhoid fever by administering aloe vera compress therapy in the Sandat Room at Bali Mandara Regional Hospital. Based on the results of the assessment, a nursing diagnosis of hyperthermia was obtained related to the disease process (typhoid fever) as evidenced by a body temperature above the normal value, namely 38.50C, the skin looked red, and the skin felt warm. The results of the study showed that with aloe vera compresses, thermoregulation improved. With the results of this research, it is hoped that health workers and the public can implement aloe vera compresses to reduce body temperature in hyperthermic patients.
