Abstract

IMPLEMENTASI ACTIVE CYCLE OF BREATHING TECHNIQUE PADA PASIEN PPOK DENGAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF DI RSUD TABANAN TAHUN 2024 Ni Made Juli Purnama Dewi Program Studi D-III Keperawatan Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: nimadejulipurnamadewi@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK) adalah suatu penyakit yang dikarakterisir dengan keterbatasan aliran udara yang menetap bersifat progresif dan terkait dengan adanya respon inflamasi kronis saluran nafas dan paru-paru terhadap gas atau partikel berbahaya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui implementasi Active Cycle of Breathing Technique pada pasien PPOK dengan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif di RSUD Tabanan Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan wawancara dan observasi terhadap satu pasien PPOK. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada pengkajian pasien PPOK mengalami batuk tidak efektif, tidak mampu batuk, sputum berlebih, wheezing, ronchi, frekuensi napas berubah, pola napas berubah. Intervensi yang diberikan adalah latihan batuk efektif dengan implementasi dilaksanakan sesuai perencanaan dengan menekankan teknik pernapasan Active Cycle of Breathing Technique (ACBT) selama 3 x 30 menit. Evaluasi hasil bersihan jalan napas meningkat sehingga pemberian teknik pernapasan ACBT mampu mengatasi bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, meningkatkan kemampuan batuk dan pengeluaran sputum sehingga diharapkan teknik pernapasan ACBT dan batuk efektif dilakukan secara rutin agar lebih efektif dalam mengatasi masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of active cycle breathing techniques in copd patients with ineffective airway clearance at tabanan regional hospital in 2024. This research uses a case study method with interviews and observations of one COPD patient. The results of this study showed that in the assessment, COPD patients experienced an ineffective cough, unable to cough, excess phlegm, wheezing, rhonchi, altered respiratory frequency, altered breathing patterns. The intervention given is effective coughing exercises. Implementation according to plan using active cycle of breathing technique (ACBT) for 3 x 30 minutes. Evaluation results in ineffective airway clearance have increased, thus proving that the provision of ACBT respiratory therapy is able to overcome ineffective airway clearance, improve the ability to cough and expel phlegm so it is hoped that ACBT and effective cough therapy will be carried out regularly so that it is more effective in overcoming the problem of airway clearance. effective.
