Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF OKETANI MASSAGE EDUCATION WITH BREASTFEEDING IS INEFFECTIVE FOR POST PARTUM MOTHERS IN THE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER IV AREA OF SOUTH DENPASAR ABSTRACT Many post partum mothers experience irregular breastfeeding due to inadeguate breast milk supply. One of the applications of bleeding that can be provided is with therapeutic massage education. During the postpartum period, dirty blood occurs or lochea of the female genitalia. Post-partum mothers will experience irregular breastfeeding caused by inadequate breast milk supply. This study aims to determine the implementation of health education on massage therapy for post partum mothers with ineffective breastfeeding. The type of research used in this scientific paper is descriptive with a case study design. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation, documentation. The nursing diagnosis formulated is ineffective breastfeeding related to inadequate breast milk supply as evidenced by the baby not being able to latch onto the mother's breast, breast milk not dripping or gushing, the baby's intake being inadequate, the baby not sucking continuously, the baby crying when being breastfed. The implementation of the Oketani massage health education shows that there is an increase in breast milk production in post partum mothers, which is obtained from the subjects saying that breast milk production has increased. The conclusion of this research was that the Oketani massage health education therapy was able to increase breast milk production in post partum mothers. Keywords : Post Partum, Breast feed, Oketani Massage Education IMPLEMENTASI EDUKASI PIJAT OKETANI DENGAN MENYUSUI TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA IBU POST PARTUM DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS IV DENPASAR SELATAN ABSTRAK Banyak ibu post partum yang mengalami ketidak lancaran asi akibat suplai asi tidak adekuat. Salah satu implementasi keperawatan yang dapat diberikan adalah dengan edukasi pijat oketani.Pada masa nifas terjadi pengeluaran darah kotor atau lochea dari kemaluan wanita. Pada ibu post Partum akan mengalami ketidaklancaran asi yang diakibatkan oleh suplai asi tidakadekuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan kesehatan pijat oketani pada ibu post partum dengan menyusui tidak efektif. jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalan penelitian ini yaitu, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. diagnosis keperawatan yang di rumuskan yaitu menyusui tidak efektif berhubungan dengan ketidakadekuatan suplai asi di buktikan dengan bayi tidak mampu melekat pada payudara ibu, ASI tidak menetes atau memancar, intake bayi tidak adekuat, bayi menghisap tidak terus menerus, bayi menangis saat di susui. Implementasi pendidikan kesehatan pijat oketani ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan produksi asi pada ibu post partum yang didapatkan dari subjek mengatakan produksi asi sudah meningkat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terapi pendidikan kesehatan pijat oketani ini mampu meningkatkan produksi asi pada ibu post partum.
